I installed it and it doesn’t recognize my styles, it loads the page without styles and doesn’t let me log in to the admin, I try to open a ticket and it asks me to buy credit to receive support.

I have bought a POS codecanyon from different seller ( the seller is not very helpfull when its questions, support or customisation) , and customised with one of the developer but not happy with the way its been customised and didn’t like the user interface. I am looking for epos with basic below features.It will be great If you can customise the code I have already or you can customise your POS and sell it to me
1. Barcode scanner – Your one is very good (but not tested with 1000 of prodcuts in the database) Should be faster when you scan, most of the POS sells here is slow when scan, making the cashier miss out on some products when they do quick scanning.

2. Simple cashier interface- Your one is one of the best Most of the POS sells here clutterd with many unwanted features for cashiers and looks clumsy

3. Promotion – you have Buy One Get One Free Almost non of the POS sells here doesn’t have the option to sell “Buy One Get One Free” “Buy 1 and 2nd for 50% disc”, Buy 2 for £££, Buy 3 for £££, Buy 2 and 3rd for £££”
Customised POS I have - is working but it re-adjusting other products price. It should show the discount as under different label like "savings".........£ 2.49 (this all should reflect in reports and in register details report)
4. Printing receipt – I couldn’t find this option in your POS Cashier should be able to print receipt anytime (copy of receipt)

eventhough I have adjusted this in the the settings
5. Adding products on the fly – Very good that you have this simple “Add Product” option from POS Expecting this menu only with few fields. Most of the POS have more than 10 fields to add a product and its only from the admin , not from the POS
Customised POS I have - It is saving the product but not saving the "Barcode" in to the product table so its not available when scan the product
6. Customer Screen Display – You have this
Customised POS I have - It doesn't have any . But your one is good and it will be more good if you can add your customer display and big empty space to display promotion and advertisement
8. Void or cancelled item Each and every void or cancelled item should be logged. And need some sort of alerts to the owner or admin if the pattern continues

7. Redeam gift or cash vouchers against customer purchase like below (cashier enter the voucher value manually

Customised POS I have - This is copy of the product table where user or ( automatic in future) will update the price and add new items on rugular basis. So customised to have a button in step 5 to check this table when you scan the barcode and auto populate "name, price , category , tax etc" , and user/cashier will have the option to change this before click "save", once saved it will be saved in the acutual product table and its available for user to scan that item
So will you be able to customise your POS or the CODE I HAVE ALREADY

I have my own store that has a barcode scale. Does this program support linking the barcode scale to the program to calculate the scales during sales? How is this done? I find that in the trial version.

Two months ago, in one of the comments you mentioned the following – “this item is in queue for update and will be released in a few months”. Is there any update on this timeline? The current version only supports PHP7.4 and PHP8.0. The support for latest version php8.1+ will be in the next major update that is being re-written, and the beta is expected in the middle of next year.

I am having problems when making transfers between warehouses, the problem is the following: when I make transfers of a small quantity, for example: 20 products, it does it correctly, but on the other hand, when I make transfers of 150 products or 170 products, the page stays loaded, and it takes a while. a lot, so much so that my hosting gives me a 503 error

Hello, we are planning to move an entire warehouse to a new one, I have already created the new warehouse, is there an option or what would be the most efficient way to do it. It is a lot of work to do all the products one by one, looking at the list of products in the warehouse.

You want to move the warehouse, what do you expect from SMA to help you with?
If you are asked to sync the stock, you can perform stock count after moving the warehouse.

I want to migrate all the quantities of my products to a new warehouse, but since there are more than 5000 and different variants, I wanted to know if there is a way to migrate everything to my new warehouse without making the transfer, or stock count

Hi! Our database is getting bigger and bigger and loading the list of sales or searching products to add to sale are a very slow process. It could take 5-10 seconds to load. Is there any way to clear old data? Or is it even advisable to delete? What do we need to do to address this issue?

Are all the pages slow or only sale and search products? How big are your database and server specs? This all depends. If you wish to delete old data, then you can backup and delete the old records as you like.
The resolution would be to check the slow performing queries and update the server.

Deposit transaction history is not visible.
For eg: For return sale, amount moved to deposit of customer account, it is not reflecting in deposit transaction list.
If i add deposit direct, it shows.
If customer buy any item using deposit, it just minus that amount, nothing shows in the deposit transaction list of that customer.
Is it bug or not included. If not included, it will be better if you can add in next updates.

There is no option to move the return to the deposit. You can add return sale entry and then deposit separately.
