Short summary. to advertise an event for example if I wanted to put a BROCHURE on a restaurant to advertise an event… the owner of the restaurant asks me for mo-ney… if I create “a COUPON CODE system” OR “AFFILIATE SYSTEM” just for him… or anything similar… based on the sales of the event he can see how many PEOPLE have entered HIS CODE… He makes mo-ney this way.

My observations that needs to be worked on + Presale Questions

1. When an even link is opened, at the top part, there is no BUY TICKET Button up there on “mobile view” You have to scroll all the way to the buttom part to get the Buy Ticket Button..This is a pain…this is bad and as if, you are not encouraging people to buy tickets…Better even make the Buy Ticket “Sticky and Foating” for easy accessibility.

2. Does it support PayStack payment gateway? I see only PayPal

3. At bookings, the details in the table and in the view should include phone number of the person that booked…I see only email as point of contact.

4. Please Add SMS Alets to the whole process and make it configurable by super Admin…Also allow for custom POST API integration.

Does your system offer a way to split commission.

1.Either a service fee charged for ticket debited from the customer while a separate fee charge from vendor for ticket sold.

or

2. Each ticket sold by organizer the organizer get the full money and then automatically their account is debited for the commission. In both case I am not looking to hold payment. It would go straight to the organizer, it how the commission is paid out.

Correction to Question:

1. If a customer were to buy a ticket, is it possible to have split payment. Meaning a service fee paid to us and the ticket charge directly collected by the organizer. So on the customer credit card statement, it would show up as 2 charges, Service fee from us and ticket price from the organizer.

OR

2. is it possible that the organizer collect the payment and the organizer account is automatically debited of the commission.
