I have more than 2000 products in salepro, when make sync with wordpress it’s syncing only around 100 products and show error message that something wrong, but without any info about the error.
What to do?

I bought your SALEPROPOS, but now the software has been removed from codecanyon, I want to buy the woocommerce plugin but on your demo there is no woocommerce function. I want to ask. Does salepropos synchronize the warehouses with woocommerce. And when will salepropos be back on codecanyon
If it was removed for good, all the add-ons would be gone too. so, you can be assured that it will back soon (no specific dates though). As for WooCommerce add-on…please go through the description on CodeCanyon. It covers the all the functionality it offers

I have purchased SalePro POS, Inventory Management System, HRM & Accounting. The installation process runs smoothly and completes without errors. However, after installation, the database migration command does not execute properly, resulting in an empty database.
When I manually run the migration command, the database is still incomplete, and I’m unable to log in. Even if I manually insert a user, other essential tables like general_settings are missing data required for login and functionality.
Could you please assist me in installing the system successfully? Alternatively, could you provide the complete database SQL file so I can import it manually?

I’m using the Laravel version of this product, which requires running migrations during installation. However, the migration process fails, and the database is not being created.

no. categories and products are synced from salepro to woo commerce. and orders are synced from woo commerce to salepro
Hello I have a question regarding synchronization, I am using woocommerce because of dropshipping options but I don’t like WordPress I want to use your script as main frontend page so users purchase from your script and sync products and orders to woocommerce. But I see that you only have option to sync orders from woo to your script. Is this correct? Can it be also the other way: purchase from your script and get those sales on woocommerce (sync orders). Can you please confirm. Or give another option. Thank you.
Sorry, sync orders from SalePro to Woocommerce are not available at the moment. This feature may come in the near future.

Hi one question, what happens in the system when you reset synced products? Does it delete the products or when should we use the feature. Did not find anything on it in the documentation
It doesn’t delete. just stop the connection pos with woocommerce

It seems you are not willing to understand. We told you already that support teams are separate for each items. So create separate tickets for salepro and it’s add-ons separately.
