Hello team grats for plugin presale question . We need quote system for woo porducts cause we dont want eshop function just catalogue. So my questions are. 1)Quotes work without payment? I mean just to inform admin for customers interest. 2) if we have variations like colors and customer coose color and size for example in the quote form his picks on variations are displayed to the admin so he knows that customer wants specific color? 3) Customer can add multiple products for quiote? 4) In the form that customer sends can we add custom fields like upload an image? Yes, you can add. The types can be found in the plugin description page and in the demo site. For now there isn’t any ETA for uploads

could it be that you did not set any price for that product? If you do not set any price, the default WooCommerce template won’t render any add to cart button. The plugin hooks to that action to injects its “add to quote” button.

is it this plugin do things like this: user(buyer) uploads pdf file on product page > admin review uploaded file (acc/reject) > if acc admin sends price and payment information > user makes payment > finished

Hello, I recently bought your plugin, but i have some problems. 1. In the single product page i don’t see the add to quote button (https://tfp-wood.ro/produs/biblioteca-retro-2-usi-sticla-2-usi-si-3-sertare-lemn-masiv/). 2. Also in the bottom of the page on the related products, i see the button, but when a press add to quote(cere oferta), i receive the message “page not found”.

Hi Wayne,
regarding the item sky, you can modify order-items-without-price.php template you find inside the emails\order-items-without-price.php (you can copy it in {your_theme}//woocommerce-quote/emails/ folder). You can modify it by removing lines 45 and 47 (in this way the SKU should be always displayed on the emails).
Regarding the notes entered via the input fields, it requires customization, the plugin is not designed to report any of that data on the email.

When I put a quantity in on the product page and then add to quote – it adds double the quantity to the quote

Hi. I am using the plugin with electro wordpress theme. I love the plugin based on the tests from the demo site. However I am unable to receive quotes in admin panel. I have tried to disable plugins or change the theme, nothings seems to be working.

Hello, My website is experiencing some issues when using this plugin in conjunction with the Stripe payment gateway. During payment, the Stripe backend is unable to retrieve the user’s billing_detailsaddress. The payment page is different now, with no place on the left side to enter user information as before.

The problem was that the order page did not automatically load the user’s linked address information, causing payment failures. The Envato refund policy won’t grant a refund due to 3rd party interferences. In that case, you should ask for a refund to the 3rd party causing the issue.
As can be tested in the demo site, the plugin, in a fully working environment works without any issues.
To properly identify the cause of the issue, perform the tests asked in the previous comments.

I’m sorry, but there isn’t much I can do if the issue is not caused by the plugin code. I cannot give assistance for 3rd party malfunctions.
Make due you are running the latest version, that there isn’t any cache interfering, try temporarily switch theme. Try also to enable the WordPress debug mode and log and see if any further clue is reported in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder.
Hi, I’m experiencing a very inconvenient problem.
First some important information: The error log trows two errors which disappear when deactivating your plugin:
strpos(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack) of type string is deprecated in /home/domain.com/.... functions.php row 7241
str_replace(): Passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array|string in /home/domain.com/.... functions.php row 2187
Now the problem: it’s not possible to send a quote anymore. On the quote page the items in the quote basket are visible and it is possible to change the quantity. When you click on the name or image of the product it goes to the related productpage.
However, when clicking the update quantity button you are send to a productpage. This also happens when clicking the submit quote button. Regardless of the products in the quote basket, the same productpage opens.
This also happens when you want to remove a product of the quotelist. When I hover over the little cross next to the product image, instead of https://demo.com/?wcqt-remove... i see: https://demo.com/productname/?wcqt-remove... It’s driving me nuts and makes the owner of the site very unhappy. Deactivating other plugins doesn’t solve the problem nor does updating everything including your plugin to 5.2
The error log trows only the two errors above which stay visible when deactivating other plugins and only disappear when deactivating this one.

I’m sorry, but I need more clues to understand the cause. From my tests, the quotes can be placed without any issues.
Unfortunately, the error log you are reporting just shows an error for the functions.php script (that usually is part of the theme). There is no reference to any plugin script.
- Could you give a better look at the error log to see if any reference to the woocommerce-quote plugin is reported?
- Did you define any custom code in the function.php script?
- Could you edit it and report what lines are defined at 7241 and 2187?
- Could you try switching the theme?

From what you reported until now, the issue is caused by external code.
Hi, Vanquish, Did you see the screenshot’s I’ve added too? The error only disappears when deactivating your plugin and the query monitor plugin mentions your plugin aswel. I’m able to submit a quote in your demo so it might be a conflict between your plugin an another, however I’m only getting an error regarding your plugin. Would it be helpful if I provide you with a temporary login? Is there a way to send you one in private?

I wish I could give you a positive answer. Unfortunately the error messages still exist. I’ve deactivate all plugins again, did go to standard theme again, and the issue still exist. Only thing I notice is the errors go away when deactivating your plugin, or deactivating the standard Woo plugin. If woo is active and woocommerce quote not, there is no error message. And the other way around the same. The query monitor still (again) points to this plugin as the culprit. I’m more than willing to give you temporary acces if needed
It sounds very strange that you get the exact error message at the same line.
Please try updating to the latest 5.4 to see if it helps preveting that error.
Hi Vanquish, I’ve downloaded the file again from this page and uploaded it to the site again… It still gave the same error message. I’ve tried everything i could think of cache related and it must have been some weird caching problem (although cloudflare was off, no server caching was done, chrome and safari caching off and WP fastest cache was used to delete the cache etc) Because in the end the error message disappeared (THANK YOU!) But the problem was stayed…. I’m writing here what made it go away in case other people experiencing a similar issue … I’ve changed the “request a quote” page in the settings to a different one, saved it, changed it back to the one i used, saved it again and it works now! I really hope it keeps working. Will keep an eye on it this week. Thank you so much for your support and effort! Much appreciated! Besides this little hickup, I’m really really happy how this plugin works

1. Your demo website seems to be unable to add products to the inquiry list, so I cannot display the bug on the inquiry list page on your demo website that will cause repeated table generation. But I provided a screenshot of your bug on our website in early summer. 2. We have upgraded the plugin to 5.4, but the price still cannot be displayed (even if I replace the theme with the default theme). - Retry now on the demo site and try updating to the 5.5 I’ve just released, there were some issue with variable products
- make sure there are no caching interfering. It the issue just happens in your envoriement, it means that something is wrong with it and not with the plugin code, so there is much I can intervene

Hello, I have upgraded your plugin to the latest version 5.5, but all the problems still exist. I am using the astra pro theme and conducted the following tests: 1. Switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-One theme. 2. Disable all third-party plug-ins, and even tried disabling woocommerce.

If not, it means that something in your installation is interfering. In this case, you need to disable all the plugins and see if you experience the issue. If not, re-enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Try also switching temporarily the theme. It might be the cause as well.
