Can the Franchisee send their own messages, that is, do they have their own support chat for their drivers? 3. Does the franchisee have their own taxi dispatcher? 4. When the wallet is about to end, is an alert sent to the driver/rider?

hello 1. yes you can use the system without twilio. 2. contact on support whatsapp number for guidance. 3. No plan for now, OTP use from twilio are on only registration so less OTP will be used. Ride start OTP are free as its is in app function handle from backend.

its same process like uber, driver will register from app and upload documents and vehichle detail it will goes to admin and admin will approve then and make driver active

driver can register in pool category not rider here, and accept the pool ride request
please another question i realized that if the driver collect cash he has to pay admin 1.what happens if he does not pay and can 2.can admin see and block drivers that owes or is it done automatically i want to know because its that money that makes run the business. thanks again for your patience.
Hi, in latest update we have provided solution to set driver cash payment limit in which admin can set a amount and if driver pay to admin amount increases as equal to or greater than set amount driver will be offline and he will not able to get any new ride untill he clear his dues from pay to admin, a pop up msg will show him in driver app to clear dues to get online.
