Yes, it’s collected from customer only. And it’s in percentage only.

Hi, you can’t set admin commission for drivers for service locations. It’s common settings as for now. We will update it with the vehicle type based admin commission for users/drivers on our next month update.
And withdrawal should be processed manually by admin and admin can approve the request once the transaction done.

Hi, Tagxi has only the taxi functionality & Tagxi-Delivery has only goods delivery functionality.
Tagxi super has taxi & delivery functionality in a same.

nice but there is a problem in your fleet/franchise module, fleet/franchise commission can not be set by admin. and fleet /franchise not be updated it record. can it be possible you can change little bit in your franchise module. because i need must buy but found many issues in it . 1: admin can decide the franchise area and vehicle limit. 2: admin can decide franchise/fleet commission. 3: franchise/fleet commission must be detect from admin commission. like if admin charge from driver 10% on successful rides , fleet commission is 30% it must be detect 3% from admin commission. 4: franchise/fleet can be get drivers by online link. 5: admin can offer rewards and referrals for franchise/fleets, on specific drivers/rides , 6: All fleets/franchise show all vehicle but it can be show their own vehicles and driver only please reply is your module working like that if yes i will buy now. if no then can you make it like that?

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a critical issue I’ve encountered with the App. Specifically, when multiple users request rides simultaneously, only one of the requests is being registered on the drivers’ app. The other requests, originating from different customer accounts, are not appearing on the drivers’ interface.
I’ve thoroughly investigated this issue, conducting tests using both Dispatch Types (one by one and to all drivers), and the problem persists consistently.
This inconsistency is causing significant operational disruption, as drivers are unable to view and respond to multiple concurrent ride requests.
Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request expedited attention and resolution. If you require any additional information, logs, or testing scenarios to assist in diagnosing the issue, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Hi, the driver can accept or reject only 1 ride request at the time. That’s how we designed the application. If you want to customize it then we need to change the entire dispatch system. Thanks
Okay there’s no problem in that. But when the driver rejects a request it is supposed to be ready and available to show and accept any other request that is pending at that time. Currently, if there are two requests made at the same time by two different users only one of the requests is going to be active and the other request is going to be completely ignored. That’s not logical.
The driver will get the ride request within few mins, there will be 1-2 min delay to get ride request since the cron will run every minute to send ride requests to the nearest drivers one by one. The driver can’t get immediate request once he rejects the current ride.
We have noticed a glitch in the driver’s app, sometimes the driver’s app doesn’t receive the request made by a nearby user. The notification of the request is delivered to the driver’s phone but the request is not shown on the app interface even when the driver clicks on the notification itself. Do you have any idea what is wrong here?

I saw that this new UI is also in the bidding version. I noticed when using Delivery mode, that the order screen that appears to the driver does not include the Goods type and Stop information. They only appear after the driver accepts the order.
Does this code already come with the new UI and with the Mercado Pago inserted?
In the demo, the user app has the new UI, and the driver app has the old UI.
