after complete the pdf tools setup….when i try to convert pdf to word the file completely broken, note : try more then 5 pdf different pdf file still same issue. if this problem no solution then I will request for refund because this script only purchased for PDF and that is not working properly, it’s very disappointed
Please try the convert api for PDF to Office tools. You probably have older version of libreoffice and it has limited support for PDF to Office tools.
why i use API ? already invest in VPS server, if your script not able to convert directly, please refund my balance ….. I am ready to uninstall your script from my server

why not possible ? your script not working properly and output file broken. try with many methods still same issue. It’s completely faults from your end & for this reason why customers suffer. even your demo site same issue. As per Envato (codecanyon) Refund policy you can’t do that.
I am asking to you multiple time, you told me VPS server is enough for PDF convert without API. now you’r giving many excuse It’s not right way to give solution for your customer.
How many tools aren’t working? Have you contacted support? Are you sure you configured tools correctly?
I was working within the site in maintenance mode; now I can no longer access the admin panel because there is a 503 error But in reality there are many errors and I will point them out in my next post..

Officially, the documentation isn’t available at the moment, but we can tell you what needs to be done to add a new tool. The process is pretty straightforward.
You can run almost all tools without an API, but you will need cloud hosting or a VPS. Otherwise, you will need third-party APIs. The integrated APIs have limited free subscriptions, except for a few tools like MOZ that require a paid subscription.

There is no API required for SEO report. There are no limits on any tools. You can operate 97% of tools without any API some tools like SERP, Domain Authority and few others are the one that require api. Even on those tools there are no limits.

Hostinger cloud is type of shared hosting and you will need third party API for several tools.

I installed (cloud panel). When I point a domain name or a subdomain, I got an error, This page isn’t working, ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. There are no issues regarding the DNS because when I point it to a different website, it works fine.
You need to add website in cloud panel too.
I did add a website and setup everything, there was an index.php file, I should see something when I enter my domain name on the browser. but what I see is an error too many directs.
When I install a LAMP app and point my domain to the app, it works, but when I upload the MonsterTools files, it shows: domain.com/install/pre-install not found.
I tried to install it on my old server, but I got this error after I entered the db and user credentials: Call to undefined function Illuminate\Filesystem\symlink()
When you add new website in cloud panel you need to create PHP website and from templates select Laravel.

Limits are not set by us; they depend on the type of subscription you choose for third-party APIs. For example the PDF you can setup with Ilovepdf.com and the free account has the limit of 250 files per month.

Of course all the tools are programmed in legit way. You can setup almost all tools without the use of any api expect few and you will need to signup your own api keys.
