01: Can I cancel an order through the seller’s app?
02: the customer paid via the paid market and I canceled it, is it already refunded to him?

2. No. The customer needs to apply for refund.

1)Why this pos menu section showing in seller app. I didnt purchased that ad on still in my seller app section its showing. I want to hide it 2) How product search is possible in seller app. i didnt find any search. Suppose if seller want to update a product then how he find in that app. He needs to scroll down many times and if there is more than 1k product then its impossible via app. 3) No product filter in seller app. 4) how sale order can update by seller? App is useful when seller has its own permission to perform some operation in their own store. If an order arrives, how seller change its status 5) how a seller can assign order to deliver boy ? 6) Any push notification arrives in seller app when any order recieves from customer ?
Please note that search, filter of product and order update these are essential things for a seller without these functionality there is no usage of app, better to use web version.
We have noted down your every points except the assigning delivery boy from seller app option. Actually, in our system delivery boy is for only admin. And you other options we will check and try to implement in our system.
I was testing the latest POS addition. but it’s not finished. There is no option to print the ticket, the printer is not configured. Shipping is not optimized. When do you plan to finish a stable version of that POS option?

Except any complete item envato do not allow to sell in here. It’s offcourse a complete item. Now if you have any special feature then it depends on your own requirements. It’s not possible to know 100% customer’s requirements. About the printing issue we already know a minor issue and that would be solved soon.

Hi i have been made all the translations to Spanish language, but in order details screen, on the Delivery Method, is showing the data base data like “home_delivery” but not the translations to spanish, also on delivery status, shows “pending” and not the translation to this, to spanish. Also on the payment method shows just “Paid” or “Unpaid”, and not the translation. Could you help me on this?

Apple rejected the app again. I already explained why app has rejected the app all other Multi vendor apps on this site with apps has the delete account option that is required.

Seriously you did not have to remove the registration we’ve published the app on apple with registration without any issue your other customers who were complaining just had to update their PRIVACY policy unbelievable it’s always a set back instead of working on the other priorities features that were requested and yes you should had implemented delete option we had to do it ourselves by following same logic as the other app
once again when will you finish translating the remaining files…do you know how much tiresome it is having to redo the same thing on every update manually !

And for your delete option, yes we can give delete option but in this case seller’s orders, seller’s products, seller’s uploaded files are matters. And also admin commission is matters. From our end it’s very easy for us to delete the data. But would it be logical to delete every data?
Obviously the orders would remain (same logic as for guest checkout which you could had easily restored if u wanted) Your only deleting data related to user sign-in and products not previous orders that were processed. admin can would still able to view old order
Okay, orders may remain but what about products, admin commission? Again, it’s not difficult for us to remove everything or something those are related to seller but the matters what about if the internet is down or if the seller close the browser. Does everyone would agree with this one that you told to us? Customer’s data is not much more as seller’s so we did not need to think anymore to give delete option. We just give that option for customers but for seller it’s some information are matters.
Seller products would also get deleted obviously admin commission would remain unless it’s 0 because ultimately admin has seller personal information before they were approved so what you could do is provide option to delete seller and then admin would get the request that this seller wanna delete his account then admin can approve simple. all e-commerce do provide this option not in the same logic but they still do And I don’t understand why talk about internet is down the query get executed on the server side web

Hello Team, Thanks for the regular updates, but for this current update, I do not know why you have to remove registration from the App.
It is much easier and customer friendly for a Seller to download the App, Register and then Login, than to perform registration on Web, then come to download the App before using it.
Can you re-consider and bring back the registration process, as indicated in the changelog.

Due to account uploading issue on Google playstore or Apple store, we have to remove that option. If we remain that option then account deletion option had to be implemented. And if you give account delete option then admin commission, seller’s products, seller’s orders were matters.
