I would need to know if I can make the system apply a surcharge of €2 when 12 hours are exceeded, and another €2 when 24 hours are exceeded and so on, meaning that if someone books for 5 days, they would pay the price of every day, + €10 extra surcharge… Is that possible? Thank you.

Hi there, Pre sales questions: It’s possible to put the price 1-5 days to 6€/per day and 6-10 days to 4.75€/per day, but if the user choose 6 days the calculation is 6€x5days+4.75€x1day=34.75€ instead of 6×4.75€=28.5€ ? Thanks
Hi you can set the price range as you mentioned but if someone books for 6day then it will count 6-4.75= 28.75

Hi We have not checked our plugin with the mentioned plugin. However, if the mentioned plugin supports woocommerce custom product type, then in theory it should also support our pluign.
The mentioned plugin is Woocommerce and without Woocommerce RnB can and will not work.
So is RnB compatible with new way of data storage of Woocommerce, called HPOS (https://woo.com/document/high-performance-order-storage/)?

Hello, I’m looking to buy your plugin but I have a question my client has boat rental he wants 1 hour Block time between every booking so if boat 1 is booked at 11, no other booking should be possible 11-12 please let me know if it’s possible in your plugin
Hi it is only possible if you are using hourly booking. Like your hours are 9,10,11 then if anyone books from 9-10 then next booking will be available from 11. However if you are using say 30 minutes break then if the user books from 9-10 then next available booking time will be 10-:30

1. on weekends they offer only 7 hrs bookings time can I set like this
2. monday-thursday also 4 hrs booking time can I set like this – but it should be not so much exposed
3. mark the additional extras like stand up paddle boards, ice boxes or dishes.
4. Customer should get a mail with confirmation with Every booking has to get a booking number and bill creation (is it possible)
5. we need 1 hour Block time between and after every booking so if boat 1 is booked at 11, no other booking should be possible 11-12
6. Customer can Pay Fixed amount 250€ Advance Payment

Hi for 1 & 2, at present we do not have developers available for doing custom work. You will need to hire developers from other sources. 5. we have an option to set time interval like you can set 15, 30 or60 minute hour interval. If you set 60 minutes hour interval then if somone books untill 11 am then next available time for booking will be 12pm. if you set time interval say 15 minutes and someone books till 11am then next available booking time will start from 11:15am

My only question is, that this client have to calculate also shipping fee durint the rental or checkout, which fee is based on postal codes. I have activated with your plugin a price for car rental from 4 to 6 days 32 €. I would like that if the person books 6 days and more than one hour it is counted as one more day of booking, ie 7 days of booking.

During the setup of the plugin we realized, that there is no possibility to setup / use paralatt both payment methode (full price and partial deposit payment), which seems to be very big limitation in case of this extremly fexible plugin. Hi, I do apologize, but I don’t remember exactly, because I use feew years ago the plugin on different websites, as developer, but is would be essential and urgent. I cannot imagine this kind of limitation in the real life (to have globally only deposit OR full payment). And it is very disturbing, becasue in case of other issues the plugin is great and very flexible. It would be also quick help, if you can suggest deposit payment plugin, which is compatible with your plugin. In this case we can use the full payment in your plugin and add the deposit option with external plugin. Thank you very much.
