So you mean, this module wont work without the main Perfex module? You dont need to make it complex. Just let me know if youre able to adjust the amount already paid for the standard perfex. If you cant Its ok.

Yes, this is possible, however, sensitive data of tenant admin installations are not accessible by the superadmin by default – unless you provide a customization according to your own/specific needs OR if you are talking about database access, which is supposed to be stored in the same server.
The superadmin role is different for my use case. So as superadmin, I’ll create company A, B & C where A will be the HQ company. For example, if I added Accounting & HRM module and each company have their own accounts & employees. I want admin of company A to be able to access accounts & employees for company B & C. Do I need to customize or this is possible out of the box from this module?
Since the factory behavior is different – this customization needs have to be developed under a custom development task, yes.
i tried user demo… question why can the signed up user not change his company details and logo (usually top left on menu) – it just says no access to settings.. what happens if he wants to changes his currency, staff etcs
Because this is a demo website – this is not a limitation of the module and you will be able to change those settings in your local copy.

Yes, our module works by reserving subdomains for tenants and a WildCard SSL. Superadmin installation has to be installed on a top level domain.

All third party modules will be available for activation, as long as you include them in your Plan Management settings.

An extended licese of Perfex CRM would be ok, if you charge end-users for your Perfex CRM-based services through our module.

Overdue will reult in tenant suspension and invoices are automatically generated using cronjob of superadmin installation.

All superadmin’s installation modules can be available in tenant installations for potential activation. You just need to include them in the Plan Management settings.

Our module can be used in the superadmin installation, using a single license, if thats what you mean.
Regarding Perfex’s core, please read the licensing policy of Perfex CRM and decide which license of it, is ok for you. You are supposed to have an extended license of it, if you are charging your end-customers for your services.
Your existing data wont be affected and no tenants will be set for them – its always a good idea to start a SaaS business from scratch.

Q1: You just have to make a module available in Tenant’s plan (through Plan Management feature). All modules are supported.
Q2: Our module is not offering you the chance to convert Perfex into a SaaS business. Whitelabeling needs of every customer might be different (ie you can change logos and texts of the superadmin installation and have it whitelabeled but a more demanding one might ask for code references whitelabeling, which is outside the scope of our module’s purpose).
