This plugin makes a modern website crash. I work for years with the same setup for websites but this plugin makes the website fragile. Settings do not work. Url’s give 404. Critical fault. I trashed this plugin and want a refund.

I did it, but cant find the template Multi products, could you navigate me?
Please try again to run the setup wizard from DeeDocs > Setup then select multi product mode in the import step.

I did it, the template was loaded but the issue is the search bar is not visible at the first page and there is not option to added with the background
By default the search is disabled at the products page, Please enable it from DeepDocs > Settings > Search Form, For the background please go to the live customizer to check the available styles and to set colors/backgrounds from Appearance > Customize > DeepDocs

Hi, I just purchased the DeepDocs plugin and assigned the docs page to my /help-center page. Now, all my doc pages have URLs like /help-center/my-doc-page. How can I make the doc page URLs second level, like this: /my-doc-page?
Also, I noticed that DeepDocs does not show up in the Appearance > Customize section. And the Setup process gets stuck on the first step without progressing further.

This is a good plugin, but the search option is not working in your demo. Even after hitting enter when I type the term, I had to click on the populated results which doesn’t take me anywhere.

This was actually on Chrome. I tried it with Microsoft Edge too – same issue.
So I just realized that a left click on the mouse button works, but it’s the tap on the mouse pad that doesn’t work. On smartphones, it works.

Get a 404 on all of the demo docs that were created. Go to visit the doc at ourwebsite/docs/demo-doc-imported/ and 404 just displays. Please advise.

Hi, I like your plugin but the search function seems not to be working in the demo, normally it should be based on autocomplete while you type and when you click on enter it should redirect to the article page

The search work by AJAX when you click enter it shows the matched articles and if you are using the multi product mode it will shows the articles in all the products with tag on the right point to that product also if you go to any product page and search it will show articles on that product only, You may try it here https://db.besquares.net/demo-products/ 
thank you for your reply, on the laptop even if you click it doesn’t work on mobile it works but the problem is that there is no auto-complete i first have to type the word then click o the search or enter then once I click the suggestions appear and then i have to click again so can you change that to make it more user-friendly ?
other than this the plugin looks great and would defintly get it if you manage to solve the search experience
Whenever I have an apostrophe or quotes in my Docs title, Deep Docs adds a forward slash into the title. For example, if I add this title:
“How to change your app’s icons.”
Deep Docs would convert it into this:
“How to change your app\’s icons.”

Kindly extend the number of characters that are allowed in the Title of the Deep Docs. Currently if the Title is even a little long, the doc won’t save. I attempted to use the following Title (amongst others) without success:
“When using the Source Code feature with Custom Pages, how do I change the background color?”

Hi, since the latest update, edit and changes are no longer saving in Wordpress (ie. if I edit an article, then “Update doc”, it says it’s saved, but reloading that page the changes haven’t been saved? The “Last Update” date/time is still the same as the version before the plugin update.
