Hello sir, can you validate this please. try having a product with a quantity of 11 and sell 1. And delete this sell. the on hand balance in the product management does not adjust back to 11. instead it retains the on hand 10.

I’ve tested the scenario you described (adding quantity 11 → selling 1 → deleting the sale), and you’re absolutely right. The stock is not being restored correctly after deleting the sale, and it remains at 10 instead of reverting back to 11.
This appears to be a bug in the stock adjustment logic when a sale is deleted. I’ll review the inventory update process and fix this so that the on-hand quantity is properly restored.
I will work on this and provide the fix around April 24. Kindly allow me this time — I will make sure this issue is resolved for you as well.

Currently, the system supports A4 invoice printing by default. Thermal receipt (58mm/80mm) printing is not included out-of-the-box.
However, this feature is absolutely possible to implement. It would include:
- On-spot thermal receipt printing (vertical format)
- Support for ESC/POS-compatible printers (USB/Bluetooth/Network)
- QR code and barcode on invoices
- Clean retail-style receipt layout

ok it seems nice but only lacks a product history. like a product stock history so everyone knows easily IN and Outs of a specific item. Can you include this in your product report? if yes, i will be buying one

Yes, I think like — you need a product-wise stock movement history like this example:
Product ABC
Stock In
06-05-2026 → 2
06-05-2026 → 4
Stock Out
06-05-2026 → 1
06-05-2026 → 3
This type of report is possible and can be considered.

its a pre sale inquiry : 1. Do we have a way to create a branch managr fro each branch who will be responsible for its own branch and should not be able to se the other branches order, sale, purchase . 2. Is it possible to edit the purchase order/invoice once created . 3. only super admin should be allowed to assign the roles to the users . 4 A branch manager should be able to create a new purchase order and copying old 1 and editing it .

Thanks for your interest, 1. Yes, MBPOS allows this feature. 2. Yes, You can edit purchase for sell invoice. 3. Yes, It’s possible. MBPOS has a feature named “Role & Permission” From the Permission section you can control by “Manage User” permission. If you give this permission to a role then only users of this role can manage User and Role. 4. A branch manager can create new purchase orders and edit them but he/she can’t copy/clone old orders.

After setup and fixing db credentials, the app redirects to login page and give 500 Server Error

there is no way to view or export multiple sell invoice . which is req for effecting reporting purpose !

Hi, I am trying to install mbpos but I get many 500 server errors. One had to do with function storeAdminUser() where the value to store a name was missing. After I had to manually fix that there were still other bugs I found. Is there an updated version available that has all these issues resolved? its abit disappointing to have paid for code that supposed to be working and having to spend time debugging the code
