Hi @tgg1061, You may need to click on the login as option buttons. There are 2 login button options, – Login as
“Admin”, “Normal User”

1. We have subtask option on the checkbox section, you can use checkbox as subtask. 2. We don’t have any plan to make a SAAS version of it. 3. We may have that feature in future updates.

You need to check your mobile responsiveness for iPhone plus versions. Checklist is not like subtasks. Subtasks can have checklists as well. Need real subtasks feature with checklist inside it. Need ability to reorder the checklists under tasks and under subtasks.
We could possibly use without SAAS if there is ability for privacy of team members only see project name and tasks that the are given invite to see. Is this feature present?
