Hi, Greetings, I am writing this mail to address an issue with Active ecommerce cms, when a customer orders an item and selects online payment mode like razor pay, in the payment page customer change mind and drops the current order and presses the back button, still the order placed with unpaid. It happened on both mobile apps and websites. i suggest that the order is only placed after the online payment is completed else the item remains in the cart.
Also there is another minor issue, when an item went out of stock, then there is no indication that item is out of stock.
I hope you address the issues and fix them as soon as possible.

My delivery boy names is not showing on order details page where I can assign order to a name. Even on your demo version, it only shows one delivery boy. How can this be corrected?

Hello team The app is missing a lot of things I try to give you imperfections and suggestions - 1 there is no special registration for the delivery boy on the site. Only the admin registers the delivery boy. This is not good for the administration. Anyone who wants to be a delivery boy registers on the site and then waits for the administration to approve his application During the registration process, the delivery boy can upload photos and documents. - 2 the admin does not classify the delivery boy by state or zone. This is in order to help transfer the order according to the customer’s zone or state. The admin can send a delivery boy to each special zone, and the orders appear to the delivery boy according to the zone the admin chose for him. Unless If the admin contacts him and transfers an order to another zone. - 3 the admin and delivery boy do not use GPS or Google maps. Here the admin cannot know the location of the delivery boy, and this helps the delivery boy deceive and lie to the admin. The delivery boy cannot know the customer’s location or the easy and short way to reach him. - 4 there are no ratings on the delivery boy or the customer. It is better for the customer to evaluate the delivery boy’s service if it is good or bad, and also for the delivery boy to be able to evaluate the buyer, especially when using the cash delivery method of payment. - 5 There is no image of the item in the delivery boy application, because there is an item verification service, in which the delivery boy or pickup point compares the item he took from the seller with the item displayed on the site, and this is to avoid fraud and deception on the part of sellers, and this service is subject to fees. In my country, there is a program that has these features that achieves tremendous success in sales

The delivery boy can pick them up and deliver them to the picked up point, then the admin appoints another person to ship outside the state. The delivery boy’s task is completed at the picked up point. Can you add a way to your application to make the delivery boy finish the delivery at the picked up point?

Poor attention to client asking features. This app is a fake delivery app. Deliveryman should be able to ask For withdraw. Tracking map For delivery and customer is very important. Seller should be able to add his own delivery and assign him. Admin needs to know the nearby delivery if he should assign manually ….

3- if admin must assign manually a delivery man, admin should know which delivery man is close to the customer and the store. If not, admin won’t know the delivery man who is close to You and can assign one who is in other city .. You understand?

You still haven’t fixed the SQL file (reported a year ago) missing tables if someone try to install delivery addon and cms fresh new installation and visit collection page or earning it won’t work I was able to bypass it because I had backup database with the fix in it
We Don’t have any sql issue right now in delivery boy addon. Maybe your mysql is not updated. If your mysql is not updated then, it will create problem.
Seriously why would I come in here if I knew for a fact issue comes from your database provided just try a fresh new installation and login with any delivery boy and visit the page mentioned you’ll see the same error. this has nothing todo with mysql and even so it’s definitely updated. There is nothing wrong to admit you were wrong instead of trying to point us like it’s always our fault. only to have customers creating tickets (just like I did) for the support to fix it manually
Yes, we are very confident in our item’s SQL. We don’t know why you always try to be so aggressive. We know enough about your previous history. You always tried to input unnecessary data. None of other expericing issue like you. How do you know that is a database issue?
You said that you do a fresh install but do you check your MySQL version? Can all queries run properly? If you don’t know then how are you so confident that the bug is on SQL? That means your version is not quite enough to run our SQL code. So problem with your version
