Hi there, 1. When I get to HR>User roles under the options column it’s marked as not editable, is that only limited to your demo, or permissions not be edited in the paid version at all? 2. When I click on a student profile, there is no info about parents, I have to go to parents in order to see their children, is that meant to be like this? if so is there a possibility to display parents under the child profile? 3. Yes, other saas offer this possibility. Will u offer this service free of charge? I want to be able to edit roles and permission in order to manage who has access to what. In that way we can also show/hide element on the dashboard menu for each user.

Hi, I just used your demo, and I don’t see when adding a new school where u can limit the students number? I see it when u create a package only. But how do u link limits on packages to schools? and what if payment is cash and online? Can u also limit the number of teachers? or staff?

When it comes to limiting the number of students, that’s set up when you create a package. Once a school purchases a package, that’s when the limits apply specifically to that school.
Whether it’s online or cash payments, the process stays the same. The limits associated with the package will still apply.
Currently, the limits are tailored to the number of students only; however, if you need specific limits for teachers or staff, that’s something we can definitely customize for you.

2. The addons are not included in the price. You need to purchase the addons separately.
3. No modules cannot be deactivated. But thanks for the suggestion we will think about this feature.

5. Yes updates are easy. We provide documentation with the update pack so that customers can update their products easily.

The addons will be available for all schools if you purchase and installed it in your system.
Last question, does that mean that these addons can be activated/deactivated for each school? so that we can customize our packages based on the number of addons included?
If addons is activated then all the schools will have access to its feature and if you deactivate it then other schools will not have access to its feature.
is there a workaround? because some school will not want to have all addons, budget wise? or are you planing on adding this feature on next update?
