Your credentials are the ones you’ve used during the installation procedure. If you’ve forgot your credentials, simply use the Password Recover functionality to recover them.

You can set to exclude bots from being tracked, by enabling the “Exclude bots” option in the website’s settings. Additionally, you can exclude specific IP addresses from being counter (if a bot is not on our common bots list).

This can only happen if the user has visited the website the day before, but did not left the website. A visitor is counted only when it comes from an external source, or a direct source (such as the address bar).

Hi! Do you know how to speed up/force the process of fetching the latest favicon in the phpanalytics left-side menu (ss: https://prnt.sc/9-Evdy8-Ms7K )? It’s been 2 days since I change the favicon of a website and phpanalytics still shows the old one. I tried all kind of things like: clearing all the cache, log out of phpanalytics, etc.
Update: after 3 days, the favicon still doesn’t change, even though it’s changed on the website.
I think the favicon will change when duckduckgo will index my website so that it clears the icons cache in duckduckgo (my website is freshly launched).

I modified the Timezone at:
Admin > Settings > Timezone / Home > Account > Profile > Timezone
But in the Chart section of the Overview, it still displays in the UTC +00:00 time zone
I want to display the Chart of Overview in my local time zone.

Yes, presuming you know how to configure your server and add the following rewrite rules to it: https://laravel.com/docs/10.x/deployment#nginx
By default we do not officially support Nginx, as these steps require a bit more server knowledge, as such we rather not state we support it, even though the software works just fine on it.

You can always export the statistics in CSV format from their respective page, and print the CSV report instead. Is there a specific use case for why you’d want a PDF export instead?

This is revolution i must said because your analytics is better then Google. First of all, google V4 is terrible and is total messy. So,previous version from Google analytics was fine,but now is not good at all.
