We have a real problem now. I can’t access your “support” platform and can’t reach you because of the force to use a google account for support. This was never part of our contract, so send me your emailadress to get support.

I tried to install the software inside a Plesk NGINX Only Server. It is not working, the install guide seems to be outdated.

I Quote YOUR FAQs at this Point of the discussion: „If you face any issues at any time of installation or using the software just contact us and we will support you as soon as possible.“

The problems you are mentioning are relates to ‘installation on your preferred platform’. There is no issue with our code and our mentioned platform for installation.

And also we are supporting you as much as we can. If you want to install it on cPanel or Ubuntu or Windows then our team will support you. You’ll get all kinds of support related to mentioned platform.

Here is nothing about lieng or fraudulency. You probably didn’t understand our FAQ. That’s why you are in a confusion.

And nine dollar is nothing related to this. If you have not faced Codecanyon’s mentioned problem then we can’t make you the refund.

Additionally, every software here in Codecanyon is thoroughly reviewed and then it gets approval to publish.

1. No, You cant edit invoices and delete invoices. 2. The CSV is also dependent on start date and end date, it specifically give those information in given time. 2.1. You can change the backend code or make a customization order to us and we can customize it for you. 3. You cant update invoice number but if you want an specific number format you can place a customization order and we will do it for you.

ERP OS can be installed in any VPS hosting from any provider. If you have Hostinger VPS server then you can install it. If you’re using shared hosting and cPanel then software can’t be installed there.

first i could reach login page but the default login admin admin did not work. now it wont even load the page it tells me error loading page.

I purchase ERP-OS and i put now latest version download and all good with docking and all things and i come to localhost:3000 where i need to login and i provide like is demo because is written there and i get just white screen and not go forward, and i try on mozila and microsoft edge and is the same can you help me?

when i was login as a staff i am unable to get dashboard data i am getting error

Probably Staff role has no permission for dashboard viewing. Add dashboard view permission to the staff. It’ll work.
