1. Since your last support for me, the “refunds” email does not work, that is; It never reaches the customer after making the refund.
2. (Recommendation): See in future updates to be able to link smart locks with ViserHotel, AirBnB is using different types of locks for its guests, this helps, as in our case, to make our hostel autonomous. Please think carefully for future updates.

Hi not able to create ticket in your ticketing system
what is the issues you are facing there
I am facing a problem that has been driving me crazy for days. I want to change the information in the emails that reach clients when they create an account, verify their email, make a reservation, etc. When changing the information respecting the tags or codes that are in eighth notes, the emails simply stop working. Does not send verification code or reservation email, etc. I have to leave it as you have done it for it to work. Check what is happening, we are doing everything well with a team of professionals and the emails simply stop working, please check.

I reinstalled the script again, this time I will not do the translation from the es.json or en.json file because their translation system within the script is terrible. Your translation every time a word is added, the page is refreshed and it takes between 10 and 30 seconds for each word to refresh. Their system is very slow to update or change the language, try it for yourself, try changing the way you add words without pressing “submit” We waste a lot of time adding the language to our liking.
On the other hand, I will look after adding the language and test again and rule out that I have touched something wrong in the es.json or en.json files

Their support is terrible, they ask me to send them videos and I sent them, now they ask me for screenshots watching a video with quite a bit of evidence.

That’s the only thing I’m asking for, everything works except that when you translate the site the emails stop working. Is it difficult to understand? we provide best support as we can. now if someone modify our codes, or comes to ask support when his support is expired or ask for modification by the name of support then we never provide them support. i think we are not wrong here

During booking request, having an account should be an optional. A guest should be able to send booking request without having an account. They can fill up a form and book just as one time.

I am using this script. So far it works well apart from some initial issues I had with my server but the author helped to get them fixed quickly.
Some observations though.
1. I realized I cannot add my own page and input information I want. I am limited to what the script comes with.
2. There is no gallery page where I can upload pictures of my facility.
3. In configuring the room types, once you set the number of rooms for each room type, there is no way you can edit or delete the room number or room names as set initially assuming one made a mistake.
4. It will be good to have the banner section with slides
If the author can look at this observations and do something about it, it will be helpful.

I need a Calendar on each room’s detail page where we can display in which Dates the room is available and what will be the price. Is is already available in you tool or can it be added? So that the User selects the checkin and checkout dates from Calendar when the room is free
