- It could depend on CSS interference. Make sure there are no 3rd party interference (like plugin or styles defined by the theme)

I’m sorry, but that depends on a theme issue. More specifically, the plugin, after a product has been added to the quote cart, invokes the native woocommerce wc_add_notice() method to display the notice. When rendering the page, the theme has to display all the notices in the notice list. It seems that your theme is not doing that. You need to report the issue to its developer.

“The WooCommerce Quote plugin is not compatible with the Fixed Added To Cart Message option(it’s under Theme Options > WooCommerce(Shop) > Single Product Builder > Add To Cart & Quantity > Fixed Added To Cart Message).
When we enable this option, the HTML structure of Fixed Added To Cart Message will be changed so the Javascript of WooCommerce Quote plugin can’t locate it to add the messages.

That’s not a bug. You theme is simply using a custom feature that is not part of the default WooCommerce behavior. Tha plugin is designed to support the default WooCommerce templates, not all the custom templates defined by all the existing themes.

From my tests all works as expected. Make sure they are not in the spam folder and there isn’t any other plugin/setting interfering.
Try also enabling the wordpress debug mode and debug log and see if any further clue is reported in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder.

Please try looking to the browser error console to see if any error is reported there. Try also disabling the other plugins and eventually switch theme. One of them might be causing an interference preventing that field from being properly rendered.

This is not an issue with third-party plugins; I have already tried. The main problem is that the “quotes” section on the account page consistently shows a 404 error, making it impossible for my clients to access the quotations I’ve sent.
The 404 issue with the “quotes” section on the account page has been resolved. However, on the homepage, when clicking “Add to Quote” for a product, it still automatically gets added to the shopping cart. I have tried pausing other plugins, but the issue persists.

Yes, the video shows the effect, but not the cause. As you can test in the demo site, in a fully working environment, the plugin works without issues.
The key is to find the cause. Please perform the tests I’ve asked to try to identify the cause. Try to:- disable the other plugins
- switch theme
- give a loot at the browser error console to see if any further clue is reported
After troubleshooting, I believe the issue is related to theme incompatibility. However, this problem only occurs on the main page; the shop page does not exhibit the same issue.

thank you for reporting the result of your investigation. As you say and report form the logs, the issue is caused by the theme. I’ve not designed that code, so you should report the issue to its developer in order to fix it.
Note also that the plugin is designed to work on shop and product pages. WooCommerce, by default, hasn’t any concept of “main page” where products are displayed like in the shop page. That’s seems more a custom feature implemented by that theme.

I apologize for the confusion. Initially, I thought it was solely a theme issue. However, now I’m unsure about the specific source of the problem.
I created a new testing environment locally using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme. I installed the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, which is included in the theme I purchased, and retested. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

I add the quote but it doesn’t redirect to the cart, I can’t find the quote on my woocommerce account page and I only see it if I go to the page where the shorcode is.
There would be no way to automatically send it to the form page or otherwise send it to the payment page and instead of the pay button it would show send quote.

Hello vanquish, thank you for your support, the button allow to hide and unhide now, but issue another problem for the “request a quote” button, I go to “woocommerce Quote” plugin > settings > Exclusion list > Select category > select a product category, then back to customer page and go to the selected category page, the “add to cart” and “add to quote button” appeared but pressing “add to quote” button no response the successful message and missing the product on the “Quote request” page.
