Last time I contacted the author of “PDF Password Protect” was on the 9th of November which was 10 days ago and I have not received a reply since. I bought the plugin but I was not able to activate it. Activation process kept rejecting the license. I sent a screenshot to the author to which he replied that everything was fine, but I kept getting an error.
After that exchange, there was no further response like I mentioned before. The project could not wait and I had to buy a similar program. I ask for my money back, which I am legally entitled to. Money can be returned to my Envato Market account wallet.
I find this kind of treatment of customers by that specific seller unacceptable. In more than 10 years that I have been shopping at Envato Market, this is the first time that I’ve encountered such inconvenience and I hope it is the last time.
until you let us know how to get the QPDF V 9.1.1 min download, you will continue to get a lot of almost sales. I am one of them. Do better.
The instructions are inside the plugin with a status page that checks if the package is installed or not. All you need to do is access your server through ssh and run this command : “sudo apt-get install -y qpdf” or contact your hosting support to install it for you. that’s it!
