Messages are sent directly to agent’s email, they can’t access admin dashboard to check it.
We will add option to display those messages in agent dashboard in future version.

When can you add more filtering Options? I have checked in detail and this is not available . When could this be added? Should be possible on the coding level.

Yes the code of this route in: platform/plugins/real-estate/src/Http/Controllers/PublicController.php:461-501
The route should be:
[properties-prefix] can be set in Admin > Settings > Permalink
If you need change hold the route you need edit from platform/plugins/real-estate/routes/web.php
