An admin can’t edit customer details? Edit order details like change an address or anything? Refund an order? Cancel a subscription? Admin can’t add a customer / user / subscription / order / invoice? And customers can’t do anything on their own? In the US it is essentially illegal to charge a subscription and not allow a customer an option to cancel on their own. I’m sure its the same in other countries.
The instructions says the cron job creates an invoice. Does that mean the subscription automatically gets charged or just an email sent to a user?
Am I missing something? I don’t see how this product can even be used. Is this a limited demo?
What happens when a customer says they typed in the wrong email, or phone number or address or wants to cancel their subscription?
Where do the paypal and stripe webhooks go in order to notify the system of a successful charge like for a recurring subscription? Or a chargeback?
It looks like a good product and a beautiful dashboard but missing A LOT. Admin would basically need to do most work directly in the database and can view the info in this dashboard.

Okay, so that means that right now if we buy your script, we can’t do anything. No saas cause module is not available, if we put a product, the end customer can’t buy because he does not have a dashboard to track his purchases.
Right now it is a billing management system. Customer can buy products and product owner can track all his purchases information. Please check our demo version. We will try to add this feature in our next version update.

I think I’d rather cancel the purchase I made yesterday and buy another simpler script that only provides me with recurring invoice creation. This advertising is misleading. I want my money back.

When a customer orders a course on my website, I would like to automatically generate and send a printed invoice to them. This feature is crucial for my business to ensure proper billing and record-keeping.

Can you describe the deal flow? Seems a bit strange to have a user create products.
Here is 3 types of user that are admin, user, customer
Admin: configure the application and sell saas package
User: add product, plan, licence, and manage his customer
Customer: subscribe the product and customer portal is not exist yet
( basically now admin and user are same. But We have a plan to add saas very soon, so that he can sell subscriptions)
