If the customer name contains a ”.”, this is converted to an underscore in the subdomain. This naturally results in problems. Please convert it to a ”-” or leave it out and write everything together.

Hi, i have a problem with Rise SAAS plugin. First i install it on 20i.com servers, everything work well, i can add companies, but – their users, can’t login … websites like /name/rs/ – after login – show error,
so we change server for different. now we have a problem /name/rs – it’s not working, only on global domain we can login https://my.snakebill.com/
but https://my.snakebill.com/altuena/rs/ – not working…
I don’t know where is the problem, error log – ale the time, shows me same things. Can you recommend any server, where this soft is working ?

It appears that there might be a configuration issue on your end. Although the URL generated upon clicking seems correct, it appears to be redirecting to an incorrect path.

The redirection look more like an issue with a .htaccess file.

Recently, we purchased your RISE SAAS plugin and trying to integrate it with our current RISE setup. During our implementation, we received another update on the SAAS plugin and we had updated that one as well.
Currently, we are facing a lot of issues in using the RISE SAAS plugin while creating new tenants. During debugging, we found the following few main issues that we are facing in the SAAS setup.
We are facing the following issues when creating and deploying a new company: 1. Column not found: 1054 Unknown column “settings” in the field list.
2. Syntax error or access violation: 1103 Incorrect table name ‘evhn_9_fwvl_12_pnql_12_mouu_12_sjwq_12_aws_s3_integration_settings’” 3. PHP code adds multiple prefixes in front of the table name when we will try to deploy after getting the 1st error.
