Hello
Is it possible to configure a redirect as a result?
Possible roulette prizes: - Redirection to consolidation page - Redirection to a page with a different prize - Autogenerated WooCommerce Coupon 20% OFF - Autogenerated WooCommerce Coupon 10% OFF
I mean, mail a link, a personalized message, instead of a coupon.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can combine this plugin with our Email Template Customizer which helps to customize the lucky email templates
You can set different email templates for each prize slice, for example, if you have 6 slices, you can set 6 different email templates, you can see for reference.
Best regards.
hello, do i need woocommerce installed for this to work? can i add it to a page created by elementor or does it need to be a popup?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. Yes, WooCommerce is required to install to use this plugin. While our another plugin: WordPress Lucky wheel does not need WooCommerce.
2. Our plugin supports the wheel shortcode, you can add it to the Shortcode element of Elementor to display the wheel anywhere you want. You can be optional to use the wheel popup or shortcode.
Best regards.
Hi, I see that it has already been requested 3 months ago, to integrate your plugin with FunnelKit.
Actually FunnelKit captures the abandoned cart with the email entered in the checkout. Would you be able to add a compatibility with FunnelKit to capture the email directly from the wheel spin? So then if the customer add to cart and never enter the email in the checkout, atleast the customer is tracked and can send abandoned cart emails. What do you think?
Hi,
Our plugin supports this hook:
do_action( 'woo_lucky_wheel_get_email', $email, $name, $mobile, $wheel_label, $result_notification );
Kindly reach out to the author of FunnelKit for compatibility assistance.
Best regards.
Hi, I saw your update stating that it’s compatible with FunnelKit, but what does it mean? Does it do what I asked above?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The FunnelKit compatibility in our plugin is to sync the lucky wheel data to the FunnelKit. You can refer to this part of our documentation: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-lucky-wheel/#set_up_child_menu_9688
Let us know if you have any further concerns with this plugin.

Hello,
I have a question the wheel is only in pop up? or I can show wheel on page in which section I want? Because my client wants to have a wheel on landing page without pop ups only some text and wheel. Is it possible to make it?
Hi,
Besides displaying under the popup style, it can embed in (a) pages using the Lucky wheel shortcode, you can add it anywhere you want, see this part of our documentation.
Best regards.
Thanks for the answer, but I want to buy this plugin but firstly I tried to show lucky wheel on page without pop up using a shortcode but using shortcode it appears with pop up again, so question is can I show lucky wheel on a page like element but not in pop up? just like div >> lucky wheel on a my selected page
Hi,
Yes, the popup can be hidden using a relevant conditional tag. The shortcode will let you display the wheel on the page you want. All your requirements can be achievable in the premium version.

Do I have the option to add more Customer fields? I see it is only Name and Phone number. I want to add some additional fields.
Hi,
Which custom fields do you want to add more? We will assess if it is necessary to add to the official version or if you need to pay an extra fee for custom work after upgrading to the premium version.

Do I need to take Mailchimp subscription? All I want is to send coupon emails to customers.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin has the function to send coupon emails to the winning customers.
It has the function of syncing the customer data to some email marketing services like Mailchimp subscription via API. It is optional, and to get to know about the Mailchimp subscription, please visit their website for more reference.
Best regards.
Great.
Is there a way to make it so the coupon is automatically applied after the spin? We’re looking to have visitors land on the homepage, spin the wheel, and have the coupon automatically applied to their session so they don’t have to manually enter it later at checkout.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, it is possible, you can include the winning coupon in the winning message after spinning on the website and the customer can manually apply it at checkout.
You can check with our free version, in the plugin settings > Inform result > Frontend message if win, see this: https://prnt.sc/hPxakupUixWm
Best regards.
Hi,
Sorry for missing your meaning: the coupon automatically applied to their session
This is available in our premium version, you can see this: https://prnt.sc/McMJBQeQLCLA

Would it be possible to send webhook ?? I am using funnelkit automation plugin for woocommerce. Would it be possible to connect with it ?? Funnel kit automation is a very versatile CRM inbuilt within Wordpress. Even if this can send webhook, it will be easier for us to connect as funnelkit do provide webhook for it.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our current version of the plugin does not include support for Webhooks. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration for potential integration in our future updates.
Best regards.
If i purchase the plugin, can you provide some kind of shortcode for sending the webhook. You are already doing it for mailchimp, sendgrid and other services. It would be really helpful. As i am using 2 of your plugins anyways like one is email and the other one is photo review. I believe it would be a simple solution and I can easily integrate it with your email plugin as well
Hi,
Integrating with mailchimp, sendgrid and other services is through API, if your requested plugin is using API, we will consider integrating it in our plugin.
We are wondering which data to collect from the wheel and for what purpose you would need to fetch it.
Best regards.
Hello, So basically api is almost same as webhook. Its just a post request right ?? So that would be almost same as doing for the mailchimp. I have inbuilt crm called funnelkit which has receiving webhooks. So i want to collect phone number and email and coupon code from the wheel and send it to my crm. From there i can send whatsapp/sms/email to my customer. So it will be exactly same like API. It will be almost same, instead of the API. I will provide URL of the webhook and that needs to be replaced, that’s it.
I believe it will bring really good value to you guys as well. Since webhook will make your plugin work for every CRM there is that receive the webhook. It is a standard practise.
Hi,
Currently, our plugin supports this hook which you may concern:
do_action( 'woo_lucky_wheel_get_email', $email, $name, $mobile);
We can add relevant data to use, like below:
do_action( 'woo_lucky_wheel_get_email', $email, $name, $mobile, $wheel_label, $result_notification );
For example:
add_action( 'woo_lucky_wheel_get_email', 'woo_lucky_wheel_get_email', 20, 5 );
function woo_lucky_wheel_get_email( $email, $name, $mobile, $wheel_label, $result_notification ) {
/*Action below*/
}
Best regards.
Okay that’s something i can work on. Just one last presale question. 1) My customer are worldwide, so when collecting phone number, does it has country code on the popup(since i need to know the country when i am sending whatsapp/sms to them via my CRM) and any kind of validations like the number should be like 10 digit and no alphabet type. 2) Is it possible to not show the code immediately. I want to send the coupon code via email or whatsapp from my CRM. So it would be like ‘yey you won 10%’, please check your email to get the coupon code or the other way around like here is your coupon code and it is shown then and there
Hi,
1. Currently, the feature to integrate the country code on the popup is not available. We will do further research on this feature in the future updates
2. After spinning the wheel, there will be a winning message on the website which you can customize the message as you want, and remove the winning code.
Then an email winning will also be sent with the code to notify the customer, you can customize the email content and remove the code. All can be checked with our free version, go to the Inform result tab to configure.
Best regards.
How i can make the wheel bigger on mobile?
Hi,
Please try to add the below custom CSS in our plugin > Wheel background > Custom CSS
.wlwl_lucky_wheel_content_mobile .wlwl_wheel_spin{
transform: scale(1.3);}
Best regards.
When I set “The number of spins per email” how can I show the remaining spins available in the “Wining message”
Hi,
This feature is currently unavailable, but you can ask for a custom work request, our developer will review the possibility of this project and implement it.
Best regards.
Can I use your plugin just with the form so visitors can just get a unique discount coupon at their email ?
Hi,
Yes, our plugin can. You can try our free version to test the unique coupon feature.
Best regards.
Hello, Initially I might need the plugin without woocommerce. I’m interested in both plugins, is there a possibility when a given promo code is generated to give it validity until a certain date? I saw in the descriptions that there is an option for the number of days until the coupon expires, but in this case I will need it to be until a certain date. Is there such a possibility with this or another of your plugins? Thank you
Hi,
In the Inform result tab of the plugin setting, please use the {date_expires} shortcode to display the expiration date of the coupon, see this: https://prnt.sc/uUQ1Av2Yafaz
Best regards.
Hello, Thanks for your reply. What I want is for the promo code to be valid until a certain date regardless of when it was created. For example: The period for which the pomoko code can be used is, for example, until 15.07.2023 and if someone spins the wheel and takes a promo code on 14.07.2023, he should be shown that his code is valid until 15.07.2023 and not, for example, 30 days from the date of creation . Is this supported by the plugin and how can it be done as here I am interested in both plugins, that is, the one that works with woocommerce as well as the other one that does not work with woocommerce. My other question is related to plugin translation. At the moment on the site I use wpml and when I log in to administer the plugin I see the translation options in the other languages that are on the site but I want the wheel of fortune to be displayed only in one of the language versions. How do I turn off the display of the wheel in the other language versions? Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for the response.
1. Yes, it is possible to display the expiry date in this case, you can see my configurations here: https://ibb.co/x2J520G
2. You can add this conditional tag (wpml_get_current_language()=='en') in the Pop-up tab, then enter the slug of the language you want to wheel to appear. See this: https://prnt.sc/pjJ34DZ71pX3
Best regards.
Hello and thanks for the reply. Regarding the validity of promo codes, how does the field where you enter validity days work? I assume that when a customer turns the wheel and receives a code, this code is active for as many days as are entered in the system, for example 30. But is this 30 days validity of the code from the date of generation of the code or from the date of publication of the offer? What I need is when an offer is published for which promo codes will be generated to be able to set a deadline by a certain date for the offer and the promo codes that will be generated. That is, the offer is valid until 15.06.2023 and if someone generates a code a few days before that, the validity of the code is until 15.06.2023 and not 30 days from the date of generation. Thank you
Hi,
There are 2 main types of coupons you can set: WooCommerce existing coupons and unique coupons this plugin.
As we guided above is the way the unique coupons work.
The code will start taking effect since it’s generated (after spinning and obtaining the code). The valid duration of the code is set in the Unique coupon tab > Time to live, and the expiry date will be displayed in the email.
In this case, you can set the WooCommerce existing coupons, and assign these coupons to the wheel: https://prnt.sc/Fbhe2lptDXO5

Hello, I like the plugin, but I’m interested in the license, is it paid every year? And my other question is can the plugin work without Woocommerce? Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
1. The license for this plugin is a one-time charge, providing you with a plugin file. Additionally, it includes premium support and auto-updates for a duration of either 6 or 12 months, depending on the type of license you choose.
2. This plugin requires WooCommerce to work with, but if you are looking for one working without WooCommerce, we have WordPress Lucky Wheel.
Best regards.
This is the support that comes with the initial purchase. I’m wondering after those 6 or 12 months are up will we have to pay the $30 price again? Is this plugin you offered me the same as the previous one in terms of functionality? Thank you
Hi,
1. Regarding: “after those 6 or 12 months are up will we have to pay the $30 price again” => No, you won’t.
2. Rest assured that all the features you currently benefit from will remain intact. Furthermore, any future updates or additional features will be provided at no extra cost or you can extend or renew your item support, as outlined in this guide.
Best regards.
Is this plugin compatible with FluentCRM?
If not is it possible to use Webhooks to allow it to send the user data to FluentCRM instead of to other Email Services?
Also do you have the option to set the spinner to land on certain prizes over other prizes?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. Unfortunately, we have not checked and made it compatible with this platform. We will find out more about it and improve the plugin in future updates.
2. Yes, you can set the probabilities of each prize in the Wheel setting tab, see this: https://prnt.sc/V6dOrW72iI54
Best regards.
Presale Question:
I checked the introductory video on the plugin page, and I have a presale question, by any way can I send the code through whataspp not through email? and if no can I use a third party plugin?
Thanks in advance
Hi,
Unfortunately, this feature has not been researched and implemented yet. We will find out more about it in future updates.

Hi! How can you do instead of a discount, so that the buyer wins some kind of gift from the products in the catalog or products created specifically for this?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting VillaTheme.
Yes, it is possible. You can set gifts on the wheel labels, and set the email notification will include a coupon code discounting for certain products/categories.
These coupons can be WooCommerce existing coupons or coupons generated by our plugin.
You can bulk set up coupons created by the plugin in the Wheel prize section.
Best regards.
