Anyone else getting blank outputs from templates that had been working? Most of my templates are now returning blank responses after generating a few times. Server seems to have enough space, resources are fine. ChatGPT and other API requests outside this script work fine

Definitely do not buy more of their scripts, they release scripts and do not update again, I stopped comparing other AI scripts, and when I check I see that every week or month they have a new update and new functions, what a shame they only create scripts for fashion, this one script has more than 350 sales and yet they do not update or improve

Purchased a standard licence and have been communicating with their help desk since over the last few weeks (Miraz), testing the product with plans to get the enterprise version. I was going to upgrade today, but then instead of answering my support ticket, I was told they have no record of my purchase. I’m glad I didn’t upgrade, I will purchase my enterprise product elsewhere. Support makes you feel you are an inconvenience at times, although Miraz responded to most, but not all of my questions.

I have installed on a subdomain but email setting do not use the subdomain. It uses the main domain. Not sure if that has something to do with it.
