Hello, can you add this to my ticket system? It is a PHP application installed on my server.
Hey arlinu
Hi! Yes, we can definitely help you with integrating this plugin into your custom ticket system. Please send us an email at info@codewiz.dev, and we’ll be happy to discuss the details and next steps with you directly.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Dose it only work with WP
im looking for a sentiment analysis on data containing comments on social media
Hey there,
Thanks for the question! Right now, our plugin can’t handle managing comments from all your social accounts in one place. It’s a completely different feature, so we’re not adding it to this plugin. However, we’re considering making a new one that does exactly that in the future. Keep an eye out!
Cheers!
Pls do
What about managing comments from all my social accounts in one dashboard

Hello, I m interested on reseller rights of this software, to be use with my coworkers
Hello!
Thank you for your interest in this product.
We offer an extended license that permits you to use this software for resale purposes. If this option doesn’t meet your needs, I recommend contacting CodeCanyon, as they handle licensing matters.
Feel free to ask if you need more information!
Hi, we have installed the plugin. works nice. but we want something. I hope possible;
We need an option to set a defaulft custom post type and label .
because : each time the admin goes to the page, he needs to select the right kind of post and tags… it takes 3 steps and therefoe not usable… you do it Once ot twicethen you don’t do it anymore…
Possible ? thanks a lot
4 steps in fact…
Hello!
When you apply a post type or other filters, the URL of the page updates to reflect your custom filters. If you reload the page, it will retain these filters. We suggest bookmarking the page with your custom filters applied, so you can easily revisit it in the future.
Please let us know if this addresses the feature you were inquiring about.
hello thanks. we have another issue. A ux concern. We do not want our customer to be lost in the choosing of several CPT. So we need a setting to make only some custom posts types apparent in the first drop down. you see what I mean ?
You’re welcome!
Yes, that’s something doable and we’ll include it in the next update.
The next update will take not more than a week to be released.
Great
thanks a lot
Hi wa cannot change the colors of sentiment categories in backend. they are all black.. do you know ?
Hi hifivintage,
Great to hear from you! We’ve already tackled the issue you mentioned about not being able to change the colors of sentiment categories in the backend of our plugin.
The fix is in, and it’s currently undergoing review. As soon as it gets the green light, you’ll be notified that it’s ready for download. Sorry for any hiccups along the way, and thanks for hanging in there!
Warm regards,
Hello,
Nice idea
We use wp discuz… will that work as well ?
Yes, it should work with wpDiscuz.
If you have any specific questions or need assistance with integrating it, feel free to ask!
Thanks a lot. your plugin looks very nice on live demo. it is clean, well organized and sorting options are great.
just one question. i cannot make my recent comment synced. is this normal?
Thank you for your kind words about our plugin! We’re glad to hear that you found the live demo clean, well-organized, and liked the sorting options.
Regarding your question about syncing recent comments, it’s important to note that the sync feature is disabled by default on the demo. To enable it, you can temporarily create and enter an API key by following these steps:
- Go to: aca.codewiz.dev/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?page=aca_settings
- Enter your API key in the designated field.
- Try to sync your comments.
- Once the sync is completed, you can revoke your API key.
This should allow you to sync your recent comments. If you encounter any further issues or have more questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help!
Hi, good update. thanks a lot.
we have dicussed with our customer.
He says there is one important thing missing. He wants to be able to analyze comments per post.
For example, oen idea is published. we have 100 comments; Having sentiement analysis per signle post will do the trick.
right now impossible. the real value is per post, not overall. Oeverall it is nice but cannot use it really.
per post, would be ouaw !!!
hope you can do it….
so we need a sort of “dropdown to select post (per title) to see only the analysis of the comment of a given post”
Possible?
Yes! Filters based on posts seem something nice.
We’ll include it in the next update!
Great
when do expect this to happen ?
hi, any idea about when the update will take place?
Hi! Apologies for the delay in response.
We’re actively working on the upcoming update, and it will be ready for submission to CodeCanyon this week.
Thank you for your patience.
Great thanks a lot !
Hi could you do it? thanks in advance.
Hello!
Version 1.1.0 is currently in the review process. You will be informed as soon as it’s available for download. Thank you for your ongoing patience!
Hello I see it now. Thanks a lot. will test it roday and will bget back to you
Can results be displayed on the frontend? Can it work for custom post types (CPT)?
Hey Laduff,
1- No, the current version doesn’t offer this feature. Could you make an example of the use case so we can implement it in the following updates?
2- Yes, the demo works for post and product post types, but the plugin works for all post types you have.
