Hi, the plugin does not offer a built-in feature to exclude specific products or categories from synchronisation. Can you add this functionality? Even with an additional fee ?

Unfortunately, there is no video tutorial available. But once you purchase the plugin you can find the documentation folder in the zip file which contains all the necessary instructions.

Would this plugin allow me to sync my lightspeed inventory for my store to the online store? For example if I have 5 books in stock and a person buys 1 book on the online store would my inventory in my physical store system show up as 4 books?

I purchased your plugin to work with a website that we want to integrate with our Lightspeed POS. I assumed it worked with all Lightspeed POS systems, but I now realise that it works with their original Lightspeed retail POS and our LightSpeed Kounta POS is not compatible with your plugin. Unfortunately, there has been a bit of confusion because of the naming LightSpeed use for their various POS solutions. I was totally caught by surprise with this, as I had no idea they were distinct.
Apparently, Lightspeed Kounta POS actually uses a completely different API to Lightspeed Retail POS.
Since I am not able to use the plugin can I please have a refund?

Hi, I have a question before buying this plugin. I’m using Lightspeed HQ Retail to sell products in my store directly to the customer. If I install the plugin to export my products to woocommerce and start selling this products online, when someone buy one of my products on woocommerce, the # of items will sync automatically in Lightspeed HQ as well? Example: There’s one product item left in the store sync with woocommerce. If someone bought that product online then will be no product left (0 items left). After selling that product online… If someone enters the store physically and reach for the same item, Lightspeed HQ will tell that the product has to be (0 items left).
Before buying this plugin I have to make sure the products that we sell will sync in real time between Lightspeed and woocommerce.

- Is it possible to manage different currencies / boxes in your plugin? (My client receives in dollars, pesos, reais and euros. How can I control this? Suggestions?)
- Is it possible to manage multiple stores for multiple stores?
My customers pay in cash with various currencies (pesos, reais, dollars, euros) for a product that is in pesos in woocommerce;
For this reason he has different boxes, box in dollars, box in weights, change in dollars, change in reais;

You can synchronize your WooCommerce products with lightspeed to manage the inventory on both systems. For example, if the order is placed on WooCommerce then stock inventory is updated in Lightspeed POS as well and vice-versa.
Do u mean this sync is not automatically? Has to be done by manually clicking individual product? Can u add a cron function otherwise it’s not useful.

To make sure i understand correctly:
1. after someone purchased an item i have to login into WP dashboard, go to the specific product and then click on the synch button? And i have to repeat this for every single products that has been purchased?
2. And does this mean that when a product is bought inside the “brick store” i have to synchronise the same way: login, go to single products, click sync.

2. We have a Shopify website that the products are there manually. I just wanted to ask you what would you recommend if it needs to transfer the product from Shopify to WooCommerce then start to sync from LightSpeed Pos or we should just transfer the orders and users from Shopify to WooCommerce, not the products, then sync and transfer the products fresh from LightSpeed Pos to WooCommerce?
3. is the plugin updating constantly and working with the new version of the woocommerce?
