Hello, I’m trying to use my purchase code but I’m getting an error: The purchase key is not valid for this product. I tried resetting it through the support website without success, I tried contacting them but that also gave an error.

Our theme works just fine – you are facing issues because you are checking it from a desktop, using responsiveness tools that simulate a real mobile.

Using Perfex standard, you can slide the left side menu away and hide it, giving the user the full page to work with. This theme, doesn’t seem to include that feature. With this admin theme installed, am I stuck with the left side menu at all times?

Our theme works in the exact way that can be previewed in the demo website. What you see there is what you will get.

Sample login credentials are missing also does not show any options to change colour etc.

They can be found at the demo preview page.

Colora can be changed directly from the stylesheet (Css) files.

can I use this on SAAS

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.

Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.

You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

Im not sure whats the exact issue there. A support operator needs to investigate the issue you face locally.

A flushed key can be used in new installations with no issue at all.

You dont need to create a new topic and you will not be able to create one, as your support pack is expired.

Please log into support area and click the flush licensing tool.

Where is the technical section where I could log in?

This is the first time I have this situation and I need help.

Every CodeCanyon item contains its support policy in the support tab of its salespage. You need to click there and then log into support area, so you can find all available options for help (flushing your license is one of them)

I have the same issue as TeamEvo. The module randomly gets deactivated. This only happens to this admin module. Please fix this.

Modules get deactivated in case of a failed license verification through Envato API.

Please ensure that your license is beign used at a single instance only. If there’s a firewall or other factor, preventing the communication of the module, you are highly advised to add an exception for your Perfex CRM instance.

Thanks for your reply. Our licence is only used for one instance. When i activate and add the license then it works fine. After a week or sometimes a month the module gets deactivated and the licence is removed. As mentioned it does not happen for other modules i have bought.

If you dont want to renew your support plan, thats fine – you can have your hosting provider team to check for related blocking factors like Firewall blocks etc that prevent communication with Envato API.

Hi, I couldn’t create a new ticket because I couldn’t find the button in my dashboard for creating a new ticket! Anyways, we realized the module randomly became deactivated by itself from time to time. Do you have any suggestions on what thing causes this issue? ( there are no other plugins, and we only use yours) thanks
