Is only in free version in all email, I have [DCE] name of title, this “[DCE]” can be removed somehow?

After updating fromt the previous to the latest version from 10/10/2023. I got old standard mail templates instead of the customize templates. I didn’t change anything only update the all the plugins of VillaTheme.

For blocks e.g. header and footer there are no rules for languages. So these cannot be translated. It looks like you forgot this?

Thank you. I’ve got it now. I kept thinking there was a way to assign a language to blocks like you would posts but I see that you just make a copy of the block – change the content and then choose that block in the email template. Thank you for your patience :)

Hi, I’m testing the free version. There’s a block Order Subtotal. Does this also display the Tax/VAT? And can we also remove the refund options? I don’t see this in the documentation. Thanks.

1. Yes, the standard WooCommerce tax/VAT will be displayed in the order total if the order includes tax.

2. Regrettably, there isn’t an option to exclude the refund information from the order email templates.

I’m interested in the premium version but I have two additional questions. 1) if we purchase a product (say $100) and we offer a discount (say $25) I expect then the amount that is displayed on the invoice is $75, then we can add the VAT/TAX. However I don’t see the $75 appearing on the invoice, only the VAX/TAX? 2) we have two custom fields that do not show up, alltough they do show up in the default emails.

No, our plugin only customizes WooCommerce emails. It does not interfere sending emails process and is not integrated with any marketing email platform.

I supposed you want to transfer your customer emails to the list in the email service, is that it?

In that case, you might need a plugin that has function of collecting email, it may have that function, or if it supports exporting email into file (e.g. CSV file), you may try importing emails to your mail service manually

Why it show that my LICENCE IS EXPIRED? i bought by Envato the plugin, but the license that i got from Villatheme website show me that the plugin is expired, i cannot open any ticket there cause of that.

Just a quick question, is the plugin compatible with any email verification plugin such as this https://woocommerce.com/products/smart-user-email-verification/ for example? They use placeholders/shortcodes similar to what you use.

I have a website using YITH customize account plugin which supports email verification although it is not compatible and the verification link is empty, there for I am looking for some alternatives that will work with your plugin.

Hi, I am trying to send a different email for the same product if a coupon code was used or the price was made to 0.

i set the primary template to send when the min value is 1 [template 1]

and when a coupon code and product made free i set the max value as 0 [template 2]

but it always sends the template 2 no matter the scenario is.

Note i use multicurrency so the currency is not always the same.

How do i make template 2 send only when a coupon code is used?

Is there any way to keep the default WooCommerce emails until I’ve done all of the tweaks and customisation to these emails? I can’t see any way of doing this and that then means that whilst I’m doing this customers are receiving terrible looking and half complete emails!

I have updated the plugin with the additional function ‘category’. I now want this to be visible in the e-mail that goes to the webshop manager so that it can be seen from which category the order comes. but I don’t see where that can be done.

This function is not available in our standard templates, however, you can customize by overriding the templates (The order detail component) to display the order categories using our developer documentation.

And sorry, that this unusual feature is not considered adding to our official version.

We need to add a tracking code to the COMPLETED email but the {order_note} field doesn’t show up (it does in Customer Note but we don’t want that), so I want to try with an acf field…
