there is bug. there are dashes before and in between day numbers. fix asap
Hi,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
Have you set any past dates in the target (end) date? If yes, then a negative sign will show before the day’s number because the difference between the current date and the target (end) date is a negative number. The target (end) date should be a future date.
I need your help to get the issue. Please can you share your shortcode through email (contact through the Support tab/page of this item). It will help me to get the issue. I will check/run your shortcode, and I will fix it if there is an issue with the plugin.

Your plugin adds a date from dec 2019 by default. You need to have a section for the date which you do not. You have to manually change in the shortcode. Also it does not play well w elementor. The counter does not show in edit view even after hitting apply button.
Info sent and i let you know how to fix it. Should be easy fix.
Another thing make the graphics smaller on the demo images. they take up the whole. Looks bad.
Thank you for your suggestions.
Sorry! but if you set your required date in the Clockface section -> Target Live Time (Any future date, greater than current date and time) field ( https://mgsdemo.mgscoder.com/preview-image/fli-time-wp-configurator.png ) and then create shortcode, then all should be fine. In the settings, I have set an example date (year as 2019). I will check your fix and I will update the plugin to show there at least by any future date.
I mean to add a date picker. We use datepicker on our apps as its more accurate. There is def a bug with the date somewhere. My devs tested it.

Target Live Time (should be any future date, greater than current date and time), otherwise a negative value will display. I think your suggestions date picker can avoid this.
I have made it manual because the field contains a full format values with Date, time with am/pm and GMT. But in the next update I will try add a date picker there.

Hi,
A new update published and provided a quick solution. Now in the Target Live Time field will not accept any past date. Also minor design update (images/graphics) according to your suggestions.

Is there a way to customize the counter to go at a different speed rate? For example, I am trying to create a counter that shows a running total of “Gallons saved”. So the beginning number on 2/1 would be 100. But by 2/28, I need that number to have counted up to 80000, not 40420. It would also need to be cumulative, not based on the page load time, but the server time. Is that possible?
Hi,
Thanks for your query!
Simply this Countdown builder speed is based on milliseconds and it is a builder and will work like the preview live demos.
If you need to use the builder through a custom way then will need to write customized code. If you write an email through this item Support tab/page with your details then I can check and can tell you the result.
Thanks & Best Regards
I would love to know if the custom coding can be done. Here is an example of one I set up: https://www.doctor-sprinkler.com/test Each month there is a rate of counting that I need to edit. The above example will not allow me to count up continuously on the page. The counter will only refresh every 30 seconds or so with the updated number. I want a continuous counter like yours, but it needs to be a cumulative total.
Hi,
Thanks for your details!
To get the cumulative value from the server will need to customize the plugin. If you check the live preview demo: https://mgsdemo.mgscoder.com/wp-plugins/mgscoder-plugins/flip-time/
You will see in Counter(Seconds) an example demo Count starting from 3600. Now this value will need to come from the server Database value. So, if your database always keeps the updated value then it will be cumulative.
Thanks & Best Regards
Is that something that can pay you to do for me?
Hi,
To fulfill your requirements will need too much customization of the plugin, it will look like a new plugin and it is not a small job. So, for the customization, you should have a budget. Please contact me through the item support page for any customization queries.
Thanks & Best Regards
Hello, is there an option to restart the counter every day?
Hi,
Thanks for your pre-purchase query.
Sorry! to say currently this features not included but I have a plan to add it. I would like to discuss with you about it. Please contact me through Support page.
Best Regards
Hi, this looks quite nice so far. One pre sales question: is it possible to place a fieldname (meta or acf) inside the shortcode =< eg [shortcode_metafieldname] or something similar. Desired ourcome => timing data is defined by a a field data, which might be then different or each post. Would that work?
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
As you can create multiple shortcode and use those in any page/post. So, just you can assign the shortcode (based on settings) for each post or you can run a loop and assign same shortcode for each post. Also in this plugin settings you will see each shortcode has a unique classname: mgsfliptimedivclassname=’mgsfliptimeXCZsFh9a’
So, when shortcode will generate you can replace the classname with your fieldname. for example: mgsfliptimedivclassname=’mgsfliptimefieldname1’ mgsfliptimedivclassname=’mgsfliptimefieldname2’
Thanks
