Hi, I recently purchased your plug plugin to use with my site. I am using it with Elementor Pro and was hoping to receive some support on couple issues I am having:
1 – I have the viewer set on the homepage but I am struggling to get it to stretch the width of the screen and height of the container it is in. I have adjusted the size in the plugin designer but still showing as a standard size square on the front end
2 – I am trying to change the wall colour/pattern. I have selected one in the deisgner but it doesn’t seem to be applying, is there another way to do this?

Sorry for the late reply I wasn’t checking my email recently, to address your issue:
1 – You can stretch the gallery size to 100% width with custom CSS. Open your project in Designer, navigate to Tpl – custom.css and change “max-width” to “100%!important” like so:

2 – There are 7 builtin patterns you can use for the wall. Go to Tpl – custom.js and pick a texuture id from 0 to 6 in the “texture” parameter, for example this is pattern id 5:

Advanced usage: to use your own wall texture, prepare a wall image and put it inside these folder locations in your Wordpress server:
[server-root]/wp-content/uploads/pro3d-designer/publish/[gallery-id]/assets/textures/and
[server-root]/wp-content/uploads/pro3d-designer/assets/textures/
Use the id number 0, 1, 3, etc to name the wall texture and assign its value in “texture” parameter above.

Thank you for your purchase. Can you check that you’re using any security or firewall plugin like Wordfence that could have blocked the gallery from functioning properly?

I have bought you Plugin “3D Photo Room” for wordpress and installed it on my site. Added some images in the same way you showed in the youtube tutorial video. and whenever I preview or even publish it and use as shortcode, I dont get anything.
A black fullscreen only with the title only.

Thank for your purchase. Can you check that the default project is at least working properly? Go to File – New Project, click on the Eye icon – View Preview.

Hello, This is a great plugin and i love it but suddenly after a year of using it when i try to open plugin/3d photo room designer i got a blank page, as i can see in the comments its not an uncommon situation, why is happenning and how can i use the pluging again?
Changing domains. I’ve added about 25 projects when working on a staging site. After moving it to the live domain, the images were server cross-domain because the url path is absolute not in the database but in json-files in the uploads/pro3d-designer/projects folder. Most staging->live cycles will change paths in the database, not in the files so having to go into the files to manually update and upload, then on the backend having to republish all projects one by one wasn’t what I expected I would have to do.
Something worth to know if you’re not on the technical side.
If the images are still in the same server, just the domain name are different you can try to search and replace all old domain names with new ones in all “index.html” files, in “publish/[project-id]” folder.
Can you add an option to reorder items in an existing gallery? I’ve added several galleries and added title and description for each item. But there’s no way to change the order after initial upload of an item and the only way to insert an item is by deleting everything after the insert location and reuploading everything again. And also reentering title, description and actions. It’s a bit frustrating.

Hi, I’m experiencing some unwanted behavior.
I can’t add images in Firefox. I get an uncaught error in browser console, but it works in Chrome.
I created a project and uploaded images. For a few I added an action, to open an image in a lightbox. Initially it worked, but I decided I didn’t need the lightbox after all. I opened the 3 “photo” actions and selected “cancel” after which they seemed removed. When trying to save the project, the entire project was gone and the app stopped working. I needed to remove the entries from Local Storage to regain access to the interface.
Can you create a new project to start over in Firefox? After you have removed the entries from Local Storage does it work as expected? The error occurs because once you add a Media item to use with the lightbox it’s not possible to simply cancel it but you have to remove the item as well.
To make it work in Firefox again, you can try to remove the plugin first, then in Local Storage remove all the entries which contain “pr3d” token. Finally reinstall the plugin.
hi we installed the plugin but are not able to activate it after installation and it remains disabled even after we click to activate. Nothing happens.
we tried installing on a different host and there we received an error that the FTP connection cannot be initiated, which also broke the site.
Can you tell us how to fix it and get it to work?
When you download the package, unzip it and upload the file “pro3d-designer.zip” to your server using Wordpress admin dashboard (don’t use ftp).
If you uploaded the right file it should work out of the box.

I really love your plugin! but I’ve got a question: is it possible to like and/or comment on the elements in the gallery? I’d need this possibility for my students, so that they can appreciate the pictures/videos of the other students. maybe you like this idea and can implement it in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. Commenting and liking is an advanced system so it’s not available out of the box. I’ll consider upgrading it in the future.
If it’s not too much may I ask where can I change the position of the frame on the wall? Like if I don’t want it to be on the center in the y axis but on the ground. (sorry for the second comment, I’m still rukaiko but I made a mess with the login)
Thank you for your purchase. There is no exact way to shift the image to the ground however you can use an image in portrait mode which has a large image height value to cover the height of the wall.
Ok, thank you! Last thing I promise. In the Getting Started guide it talks about directories and files that I cannot manage to find in the plugin, like the examples folder. Where should I look? Not into the plugin folder?
Like right now I’m trying to make the 3d gallery full screen on my page, not with the full screen option, but that covers the entire browser, like the one you have on the demo and in the user guide it says ” In the main html file, add a <style> tag specifying .rs-pc3d class, set CSS width property to 100%. For more detail, see fullwidth.html in examples folder” but there is no fullwidth.html file
You are referring to the documentation of another version of this gallery. It has the javascript source code so that’s why the documentation is different.

Fantastic plugin! I have a before to buy question so I know if it can do what I want. My idea is to simulate a room with instead of pictures I have doors that when clicked it takes you to another page of the website. It’s possible to do that? It’s also possible to add a different texture for each wall? Like what if I want to add a different graffiti text on each wall? Thank you and amazing work!

1. Yes you can put link on each door image and the gallery will open your link in a new tab or the same tab depending on your setting.
2. The texture on the wall can also be changed and it will be the same for each wall.

Can you check that in Wordpress dashboard – Setting – General, the field Wordpress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are correctly set up to match your website domain?
I’m sorry all the Sites are correctly set up to match my website domain. If it matters, I have a WPMU installation and the plugin is installed at www.virtualvinylmedia.com/studios. I also tried installing it on the Main Site and it did not work, just blank page.
Could you send your site WP logins to my email address: admin[at]raizensoft.com? I’ll test the plugin in the dashboard.
I suspect some firewall plugins that block the plugin writing access, hence it makes a blank page.

The plugin is not working in google chrome. When I try to open plugins/3d photo room designer I got a blank page. If I try in mozilla it works … Can You help? Thank you
I’m not sure why it’s showing blank. Can you try to remove the Local Storage file in Chrome?
Firstly, remove the plugin from WordPress, then hit F12 to open developer tool, navigate to Application tab, Local Storage, click on the website domain and delete the two files “pro3d_projectModel” and “pro3d_appModel”
Finally reinstall the plugin again and see if it works
The item-title is not displayed, only the description. How can I display the title?
The item title is not used in this gallery, you can embed the tile in the “Item Description” field instead

I need to change the positions of the tittle and description in the lightbox when i click and image i tried putting the info of the tittle on description and description in tittle, and its working fine, but the margin in tittle are different from the margin in description and the text can get really long with no margins on the size, can i get some help with it?

I’m not entirely sure what you want to do with the title and description styles but you can add your own CSS by switching to the Tpl tab – custom.css, then add your own CSS rules to customize the margin like you wish.
Enable the web inspector while previewing the gallery and click on the title/description elements to obtain their class names.

The gallery is not showing properly on mobile browser. We have tried on both – iphone and andriod phones – with different browsers. The issue is difficult to describe in words. We have an SSL certificate installed for our website. But when we use the ‘https’ for the URL on which the plugin is being used, it does not display any images. Just displays the titles and descriptions as a list on the page. Works fine when we use the ‘http’. Can you please help identifying the issue with ‘https’? Thanks.
Make sure the WordPress Address URL and Site Address URL are setup correctly with https like this
