Hi,

When a user creates a free account and logs in, they land on a page with an invoice. This is not intuitive for 2 reasons because:

1. If it is a free subscription for life, why show them an invoice for $0 upon registration

2. We don’t know where to click to go to our dashboard. You have to disconnect and reconnect to get there

How can I avoid this please ?

- We cannot offer free access for life. If we put a trial period of -1, there is an unpaid invoice. We are therefore obliged to have a trial period even if the price is $0 and it is lifetime access.

- The arrow at the top to see the account is annoying and when you click on it it’s difficult to go back. We should consider a drop-down menu button on the left, in the menu, which is called “my account” for example and which groups together quotas, billing data, limits, packages. Ideally you should stay in the same place and cannot land on another page.

I think it will be better with these.

Shared Database i.e Single database for all tenants

I think that’s the easiest. Are there any performance isssues when i have ~100 to 200 customers? Will it all load slower?

The single database for all tenants is using individual tables for each tenant in the same database, and is a very good approach for keeping tenant data separate and secure. It’s designed to work well, even with around 100 to 200 customers. You shouldn’t experience any noticeable slowdowns in performance with this setup.

You can continue using this method confidently as your customer base grows.

Cool, thank you. And my last question … is it possible to change the database later with existing customers? Or could you build a system that enables to securly switch between the four different modes? What mode is your personal recommendation?

We dont have option to do this currently, and its possible to add migration feature only where you can move tenant from a datacenter to another.

All modes are good and ensure data safety, most prefer single database single tenant mode. It all depends on your resources. If you have the capacity of maintaining each tenant on separate database, that will be the best.

Amazing Plugin, I have some presale questions:
1 is it compatible with all plugins and will I be able to use one license with my SaaS, or I need to get the other plugins licenses for each tenancy…..
2 In the demo I found a bug loading the Project Tasks Kanban in customer’s tenancy, hope this will be fixed….
3 Are you planing to build a CMS for the front-end, the current doesn’t look compatible with such a great plugin

We do not provide a tool for migrating existing instances, however, its possible just as you described;

pointing the existing database as pool and renaming the tables to include the tenant ID.

How many tenant instances (client company) does your module support? I have a RISE license and would like to make the application available to my customers as tenants, using your module. Can I do this with just one license?

Hello, I have just finished setting up RISE SAAS and created a user account to test.

There are a lot of problems :

- Users cannot create contracts - Users cannot create a proposal - Users cannot create quotes - Users cannot create tasks - Users cannot receive online payments - Users cannot send invoices - Users cannot manage customers and leads - Users cannot change the logo displayed on invoices and quotes

As it stands, SAAS is unusable… users can’t do anything!

Yes that’s it. Offer lifetime access, but with limits (customers, projects, etc.). Not just access for X days.

It would also be interesting to be able to offer annual offers (have a “monthly” button and another “annual”).

After installation, there is a 404 error, it tries to access the folder https//:meudominio.com.br/saas but it wasn’t even created by the plugin, how can I solve it?

we currently inherit the RISE default page builder. You can go to Settings > Setup > Pages to edit the content of landing page.

We are hoping to find a solution with less restriction in future updates.

Kindly not that this is not a full CRM rather, its a module for RISE CRM to make it SaaS.

Also whats the deal? I activated the plugin and I also get 404 not found error like the guy who did the review. Are you not even checking your plugin before releasing it?

You are going to start getting bad reviews if you dont even test your plugin.

Be rest assured this 404 is defintely a minor issue most likely due to server type. We cant reproduce this yet even with RISE 3.5.2 from our environments

Kindly assist us in solving this with your server envinronment i.e web server type, php version e.t.c. You can find this from your RISE settings panel.
