What is the benefits of extended licence
In an extended license, you can install the app in multiple domains. and in regular license can be installed in one domain.

add fees validity for some days. i mean when patient come at clinic and pay fees but if same day or next day again visit clinic or book appointment then again fee pay ? so if you add option once fee pay then valied for some days and again book appointment without pay again fee.

Because, That’s sound promising ! So:-
1- if i have individual labs with multiple branches , will your software provide that when user book an appointment to a specific branch ! how will the branch owner will know that a user have booked his appointment? Will something like a confirmation e-mail or a notification? will be sent to this specific branch! For each branch has it’s unique e-mail or what? please explain this.
2- Does it support Arabic – RTL ? or not !
3- One last question, can I change the logo to our clinic and reskin the app on regular lincese?! Or changing or reskining the app requires EXTENDED lincese?!

its core php, yes firebase has no issue, right now its configure for android only, i already mentioned document in the product description

No, 3 Android is ok but for ios if you do installation from your self then you have to configure all plugin setting for iOS after that you will able to run the ios code, 4 yes we are using jitsi meet its open source, 5. Yes, 6. We are using firebase notification (FCM), 7. we have translate file you can change it easily

right now we are not providing ios configuration. it is flutter code you can build for ios but you have to make changes in the code.
