Scenario: We have a well-established Shopify-based branded store and have been successfully running our ecommerce business for a couple of years. We have a strong customer base, and now we’re looking to expand our sales channels by creating native apps for both the Play Store and App Store. I’ve already tested the Flux Builder and have a demo app of our storefront installed.
Is this a proper replacement for a native app?
We want to ensure that the app offers a seamless and native-like experience for our customers. Can you confirm if Flux Builder can provide this level of performance and functionality compared to a traditional native app? Can we create our own pages by coding in Dart?
It’s important for us to have control over the content and pages within our app. For instance, when I created the demo app, I noticed that there were limitations in customizing certain pages, such as the ‘About Us’ page. Instead of a native ‘About Us’ page, it seemed to load a webview from a URL. This isn’t ideal for our brand, as we want a native ‘About Us’ page. Additionally, the last page of the checkout process also appeared to be a webview version. Can we code our own native pages in Dart to ensure a consistent and branded user experience? We’re eager to hear your insights and clarifications before finalizing our decision to purchase. Your feedback will help us determine if Flux Builder is the right solution for our business. - Some products will need to be different pricing on the APP
- Need to have a tracking facility for the delivery – similar to UberEats, Deliveroo
