I purchased your Video Streaming Portal product, and while testing it, I’ve encountered a few issues related to the subscription functionality that I’d like to bring to your attention:

1. Non-Recurring Subscription Charges: Despite selecting varying subscription periods like daily or monthly, the system only seems to charge the user once, making it a one-time payment rather than a recurring one. This is not in line with the standard subscription model which should automatically charge the user based on their chosen subscription interval.

2. Subscription Expiry Discrepancy: I’ve observed that when a subscription expires, the user receives an email prompt to renew. However, upon logging in, their subscription seems to still be active, allowing them unrestricted access to all content, and there is no clear pathway for users to renew their subscriptions. Intuitively, users should be directed towards an easily accessible renewal option.

3. Mandatory Phone Number Requirement: I’ve noticed that a user’s phone number is required to complete the subscription process. For various reasons, including user privacy or simply streamlining the registration process, we want to remove this requirement. Could you guide me on how to disable this?

1. Making the “Home Section” at the backend movable. That is admin can drag-and-drop up and down changing the positions of the sections manually will be great.

2. If images of the actors could display on the app will also be great.

3. Using FFMPEG for compressing image sizes so that the application could run faster
