the errors you are referring to was the installation issue you faced while installing the application on your server. Our support team have already send you all the documentation needed for system installation and you couldn’t proceed further with it only because you are not a technical guy.
In order for us to support the installation process, we need to have a proper server with the required configurations mentioned in the documentation. In your case you have installed so many application on the same server and we will not be able to configure your server because it might affect the existing applications which you have installed on your server. the solution in your case is to do the installation on your own or purchase a new server for the Laundry Box application.
We have ignored you because you are simply wasting our time. Even though we have already provided you with all these details to you in person you are blaming us for the issue you are facing without resolving it.
In this case its your mistake sir not ours. and you need to remember one thing that you have bought the application from us and we have provided you with the required customization from our side as well. We have shared the application source code after you check the customized demo that we have provided and also we have provided you the installation support in the first place when you bought the application.
It will not be feasible for us to do the installation for all your clients. we have done it once and provided you with all the required documentation to handle it from your end and we have provided you with all the support that we could do from our end.
