I’m sorry, but the plugin hasn’t any specific feature for that. What I can suggest is to try to find a method to create different products for different languages and the add as quotable products only the products you need.

I don’t know how you can help me but I’m having several problems between languages. For example, the URL to the quote request is not redirected depending on the language, the Placeholders of the contact form are not translated, etc.

To translate you need to edit the pot file with any PO editor (for example: https://poeditor.com/ ), create a language file for your language, translate the strings, and save. The program will create two files: woocommerce-quote-it_IT.mo and woocommerce-quote-it_IT.po (where it_IT will be replaced with your language code). Those files have to be copied in the original language folder where you found the pot file.

Regarding the Quote page, I don’t know how you are managing it. The plugin doesn’t allow to creation of different quote pages according to language. Form fields are dynamic fields and can be translated only via WPML. If installed, the plugin will automatically display the translation input text: https://nimb.ws/g2hySF. The request quote will show the field translation according to the current language.

I had edited the PO file (with Poedit) and I put the translation files in the folder but they are not interpreted when the page relating to the language is opened in the browser.

please ensure you disabled the WordPress debug mode to avoid the display of those warnings on the frontend pages.

Regarding the “on a shop archive page a product has been added to a quote list” message, it seems that your theme is implementing custom functions that are not compatible with the plugin. For that, you should eventually contact their support team or switch to a 100% WooCommerce compliant theme.

Hi, Thanks for fast reply. The plugin is working great now. Only i made a simple link in menu that directs to quote page. Only you dont see quantity items. In elementor you can at shortcodes. In shortcode.php script add_shortcode [wc_request_quote] is working doent matter where i implement this in frontend with elementor. Same shortcode for menu will be handy. Im also now looking if i can change menu.php script to add shortcode. But your help will be great and lots of future byers will be happy tooo. Thanks

But i noticed that if i use elementor the add to qoute adds 2 items to quote list?? it works when i use a standard woocommerce product page/ category? Or you didnt tested with elementor? is it working with WPbackery?? Thanks

Also i made my own script for now menu i added php and js for update qty. But would be nice in new release a shortcode function

We have a select option on the form where customers can choose the salesman they want, once they choose him and click on the button we just want the name of the salesman (either the label or the value of the select option) to be displayed in the email that is sent to the customer and to the admin.

And I’m guessing is the same method to display the salesman name in the view-quote.php section of my account, is it?

Unfortunately, without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine a possible cause to fix. You should eventually contact the divi Staff asking how you could get more detailed clues about the “divi error” that popup. Unfortunately, the screenshot you shared just reported that a generic error happened without providing any further info useful to understand in which direction to investigate.

Hi there, thank you for the input. The debug is, unfortunately, showing nothing. the log displays no errors from my tests this morning. The Divi builder error only pops up on the Quote Request page when I try to add the shortcode. The page displays the form but it won’t let save the layout changes I make. The form stays at the top of the page, I cannot move it to below the header for example.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin as well. Some more info:

Is the Divi builder a visual tool? the issue could be related to the fact it is trying to render the request code area instead of just displaying the shortcode. If you disable the visual tool, are you getting the error?

regarding the grey button, if you disable the other plugins and temporarily switch the theme, are you still experiencing the issue? Note that to display the quote menu, you need to properly set the following option: https://nimb.ws/qyBnsH

Regarding the add to quote issue, it could be due to a javascript/ajax error. Could you give a look at the browser error console to see if any further clue is reported? Leaving the plugin disabled, are you still experiencing the issue?

the plugin ships with a .pot translation file named woocommerce-quote.pot(located in the language folder inside the plugin) that allows you to translate its string. You need to use a po editor (like https://poedit.net/ ), create a .po file for your language, translate the strings you need, and save. It will create a .mo file that you have to save back with the .mo file into the language folder The .po and .mo files must be named as woocommerce-quote-it_IT.po and woocommerce-quote-it_IT.mo where it_IT is the language code for Italian, replace with the one for the language you need.
