Hello when the preloader is loading on my website and i open a new tab – as long as i am not active on the tab it pause the loading.
For example I open my website it loads to 30% (Perloader Status) and I open a new tab google something and then go back to the tap it continues from 30% and loads the website to 100%. I dont use any cache plugin and I did not notice this with the preloader from elementor. Do you know why this happens?

What you’re noticing is actually browser behavior: when you switch to another tab, the browser pauses code execution on inactive tabs to optimize performance. That’s why the preloader appears to pause and then resumes when you return to the tab.

I very much like your Preloader though it does NOT work with Elementor installed unless you install Elementor AFTER it.

Regarding the issue with Elementor, we’ve tested it and found that the plugin functions properly with Elementor already installed. However, we might need additional information to better understand and fix the problem you’re experiencing.
Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t currently support displaying random images for preloader-03. But, we’re open to enhancing the plugin to include this feature. Please send us the specifics via email at xode.themes@gmail.com.

I have been doing some various troubleshooting with your plugin on different websites that I run and use. What I have found is it depends on the theme. Sometimes when I install Titan on a site and Elementor is installed, then Titan doesn’t function … it never resolves to the page after it goes through the animations. If I uninstall Elementor then it will work fine. If I reinstall Elementor again it will run fine. It doesn’t happen all the time but it happens enough that the issue seems to be with Elementor. I have been able to duplicate it with 2 different themes so .. make of that what you will. It may not mean anything at all if no one else has problems.

1. Unfortunately, you can’t customize the duration of the animation because it’s fine-tuned to look great. however, you can adjust the colors, text and typography as well as the entering and exiting animations. 2. The plugin allows you to show the preloader sitewide, once per tab, homepage only and homepage + once per tab. You can also enable or disable the page transition animation. You can exclude certain pages and the preloader will not show up on the excluded page.

Hi There, based on the numerous statements regarding the ability to highly customise it gave us the impression that there were more customisable options than what is available. It is a good plugin for basic purposes and I am sure if you only need minimal customisation then it would be great and simple to use. However we required more customisation, just a different level and have sought another option to suit our needs. We really wanted to use your plugin but it just didn’t have what we needed unfortunately. And as we only purchased it days ago we assumed as per other plugin accounts that a refund would not be an issue. Please advise.

We wanted to customise the speed of the animations, speed of the transitions, layers within the animation (like deleting the middle animation for example and viewing only part of it), changing text elements to logos or images instead… etc.. I hope this clarifies what we meant. We have uninstalled the plugin and opted for a different option to suit our needs so we don’t require any further consultation on this plugin. We would just like a refund processed as soon as possible, as it won’t be in use and its only been a few days since purchase.

Great plugin! Just a short question: when clicking on a “Scroll-to-Top”-Botton on a page, the Preloader starts as well. Is there a way to prevent starting the preloader, when you navigate within the same webpage – because its just supposed to do some smooth scrolling to the anchor on the page. With the Preloader active, clicking on the “Scroll to top”-Button also seems to start the loader, but it doesn’t start counting the percentage up nad nothing else happens. The preloader is not supposed to show up when clicking an element that does not redirect the user to the new page. It seems to be a bug. We will update the plugin with the fixes!

Ahhhh – a fresh install did the trick. Before, I just uploaded the new files per FTP, but didn’t de-install the plugin before. Now it works fine!!!

Everything is good I implemented on e-commerce only one issue is that on main page search popup and cart popup is not working fine when I click on it it doesn’t popup rather it opens the concerned page any solutions please!

Is it possible to use the page transitions without any preloader? That doesn’t seem to work even when “Enable Titan Preloader” is OFF and “Page Transition” is ON within settings.

Artificially extending the loading time is not ideal for most scenarios. That said, the plugin does not come with this functionality. There are some preloaders whose settings can be customized to make the preloader last longer than expected.

Theres no Requirements listet. It needs Redux Plugin activate. If not, the whole page is down, not accessible.
When I click on the menu item of Titan Preloader, the left menu of it is half gone and when I click back and forth no preloaders are shown to me anymore.

This little plugin looked really good and I was happy to buy it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with LightBox systems, because when this plugin is activated, it also wants to activate for the image that’s supposed to be displayed via the Lightbox system, and so this forces the image to be displayed in a new window without taking the Lightbox system into account. Too bad for me, it looks like I’ll have to deactivate this plugin and throw it in the garbage can (like the 40 euros it cost me).
