The item stock is inconsistent, as the check-ins and check-outs do not match the final stock count. This issue keeps occurring repeatedly.
Please provide more details or share the screenshots for my understanding. As I tested the check in/out are sync the quantity in the warehoues correctly. There might be some edge case issue so I need your help to find it out. Thank you

I tried checking out with just weight but the system insists that I enter the quantity as well. How do I correct thus?
The quantity is required and weight is optional. If you manage items by weight then use the quantity to track and leave the weight disabled in settings. Thank you

after successfully install the script i got server 500 internal issues. when i tried to install the script again it seams nothing is working. and you have to pay until you get support. please then what’s the meaning of regular licenses. kindly reply back for support

Don’t know if it’s easy or difficult to install. But after uploading all the files in the /public folder to the host’s public_html folder (hostinger). I get a 500 error message and nothing else. Of course I couldn’t do anything else because there were no specific debugging messages or instructions.

I installed successfully, and I think we need to update at least 2 features: - Quickly summarize the number of products in the dashboard, but should use name or SKU, instead of using CODE. Code is usually just a series of numbers for storage, which is very difficult to identify with the naked eye. - Sort product lists according to certain criteria, possibly by inventory quantity.
WIMS uses code to generate barcodes. I will check the item sorting options in future updates. Thank you

I am considering to buy this product, i have some questions 1- Is it possible when creating an item to be supplier specific so when creating a check-in and choosing a supplier we can add items from his list 2- Adjustments should have a current stock under the item name so we can know what in hand, also when saving an adjustment it should show how that will affect the item ( decrement 1pc or increment 1 pc ) 3- We found a bug in check-in when adding an item that have multi variants supposed it’s called Hunger, if you type H automatically it will choose this name 4- Is there any way we can send the suppliers the current stock, check-in and check out by email automatically every day ?

1. No items are not attached to contacts.
2. Adjustment doesn’t show the current stock but will produce error if the stock not available.
3. If the typed letter matched to 1 result that will be selected automatically.
4. Only super admin get the email for stock alerts.

There is no option to set opening stock while importing items. I will check about this in future updates. For now, you can add checkin after importing the items to set the initial stock.

WIMS is only to keep track of inventory. It doesn’t have any option for price or cost or accounting. Only stock of the items. Please try the live demo and add item and then check in/out and see if this can be used for your needs.
