Our module works with top level domains (domain.com) and will use subdomains for your tenant installations (tenant.domain.com)
Do you have option for custom domains? And do you have the option for sub-tenants?

how do i upload perfex data from another domain into a tenent using your saas – Do – first make an account in the Saas then imprort the database from the other domain.
Im asking as I have several accounts of Perfex that I want to add to the SaaS if thats possible to migrate them.
Does each tenent use a seperate database?
Each tenant is using separated database, yes. You can import tables, as per your preference.

Is the SAAS module compatible with all perfex built-in Modules?

After installing: “SaaS module for Perfex CRM – Multitenancy support” then: - If we install your or other vendor’s Add-ons, can the “Saas…” Add-ons be added/removed in the “Price Plans”? - Do Add-ons have their own data? - If there is separate data of the Add-ons installed, can it back up the data individually for each customer?

Modules have their own data in each tenant, under a separated DB, yes, thus you can also back up each database accordingly.

This is a plan created by a superadmin installation to limit usage of the tenants who will sign up through this specific plan.
As a superadmin, you wont have any restrictions.

Having custom domains onboard would require additional sysadmin work (ie Caddy Server) on the server and extra requirements, apart from efforts.
For this reason, we decided not to support custom domains at this time, even if competition chose another road – asking end-clients to use third party software or handle SSL manually for each installation: https://prnt.sc/sRxUfCUScHZj
I would like to know if you are going to include the possibility for a customer to create several installations for their companies? I have a client that has 5 companies and he would like to manage his companies in the same panel, I saw this functionality in another SaaS module and it is very common to all.
This is something not yet support in the current version, however, it might be included in the future, according to the level of requests it will receive.

Creating a tenant is a challenging procedure that needs a lot of programmatic tasks to occur, thus, it has to be created manually.

Yes, you can install a module and make it available to plans, later.
Superadmin installation is unique and not accessible by the admins of the tenants.
Other admins will have access to their tenants only.
It offers isolation of installations and separate databases aswell. Perfex security standards of single installations are met in each tenant.

You can work with your top level domain. Your customer will get a subdomain under the primary one, for his/her tenant installation.
