First let me say, I am very happy with DownGrade and I look forward to leaving you a stellar review, once everything is working.
I have installed the script successfully and most of it seems to be working except for one key part. When an order is placed and the invoice download button appears, clicking that button produces an internal 500 error?
The server meets all the requirements and php has all the necessary requirements ( I am running 8.1 I have even upped my php memory limit to 2G and post_max_size to 1G and still results in the error when attempting to download the invoice.

Some of my questions are sales quesitons and general query. I am looking to build out other sites but if paying customers can’t get help I’d need to look elsewhere.
Also, it’s not right to release an update that causes a major issue and then not support it. I do not want sales count on my page! You added this with no way to remove it. That is not my fault! You could have also said this 3 weeks ago with my first GENERAL question.

I tried editing the language file and it did not work. After making the change it said it was successful but after refreshing it was the same text.
It should not be custom work to make a change that negatively impacts a website. We should not be forced to show sales.
The affiliate system should be based on a percentage not a flat dollar amount. I want to be able to assign percentages to specific people.

Also, I am trying to upload a product that is zipped and 3GB but I keep getting a server error. I have added a max upload of 5GB to my .htaccess, and php.ini. I’ve also changed the upload size in the media settings. None seem to work.
