I am trying to include your plugin on my website with a custom layout. I created a dedicated skin, but I can’t find a way to include the icons I specifically designed for it. I watched your video on the subject—could you tell me if I am missing something?

If you modified the PNG icons, make sure you clear the browser cache; probably this is the issue.

It is not possible to add more icons now but it is on my list for a future update.

I’m having an issue that stops be from placing a marker. When I click to place a marker nothing happens and the marker is not present on the map when I load it. The co-ordinates also do not update when I click to place the marker.
Is anyone else having the same issue? I have tried different tooltips etc but it’s the same problem.

Is it possible to change the minimum height value of 300px when resizing? For mobile I’d like less than 300px because of image proportions (to avoid white bar on top and bottom). Let me know please.

In the code is set a minium 300px because the viewer would get too small under it, not sure what [hone you are using but on most modern phones it should be ok.

Hello. I need to set the zoom icons and fullscreen vertically instead of horizontally. Similar to Google Map zoom, where the + and – are stacked vertically. Is there a way to do this via the settings?

When I’m on mobile panning the image, when I pan the image with the finger on a link marker, I’m automatically redirected to the link. How can we avoid this? If you have lots of link markers on the image it gets impossible to pan the image.

I have looked into this for now ot has to remain as it is, the logic behind it is complex and changing it can cause more issues.

We reported this issue via email over two weeks ago have not heard back. We updated from version 3.0 to 4.1, and you can no longer click on any markers with info windows on handheld devices. We have tested several versions of Apple iPhone and iPad, as well as Android devices, and it is not working on any. It appears the demo website is broken too (https://webdesign-flash.ro/p/mgz/).
Has the plugin been updated yet with this fix?

I have fixed the bug, reinstall the plugin from codecanyon and don’t forget to clear the browser cache.

There are issues with updated plugin. Although the markers are now clickable on mobile, the bullets in the content of the markers windows won’t show. Pre-existing inline css gets stripped, and other css will not apply. When we try to update the markers, it does not save. The ‘update marker’ button does nothing.
Try clearing the browser cache.
We needed to copy over all of the css from the CSS Editor tab on the older plugin. Some seemed to come over like our fonts, but not colors and bullet styles.
The CSS file is overwritten when reinstalling the plugin, I apologize for not menitioning this.

I am having issues with markers on Apple devices. Put simply, they do not work. I have tried the example at https://webdesign-flash.ro/p/mgz. Using an iPad Pro 5th generation and under iPASOS 17.4.1 I can confirm that the topmost link marker works, but none of the others do. The behaviour is the same under Safari and Firefox. If you zoom in, the link marker also stops working.
Same is true for iPhone 13 under iOS 17.4.1
This obviously makes the markers much less useful.

Hi Tibi, when I create a new marker, the click in the iPad and iPhone only works with [Markers manager]:
Add new marker > Type: > Tooltip plus
Add new marker > Type: > Tooltip play
Add new marker > Type: > Infowindow
Not working: Add new marker > Type: > Link

Yes, the backend, if I add a new marker and choose the options mentioned. The results in the front end after Adding new marker in Backend [Type: > Link] the Link is not working in Smartphone and Tablet (Tested width ios 17).

PLEASE make it possible to use a manually-entered URL as the image source, rather than REQUIRING a selection from the media library.
I use LARGE, detailed files since this plugin is designed to zoom on detail. Wordpress resizes ALL files down to a max of 2560px and always uses the “-scaled” URL in the media library.
Since it only uses media URLs the plugin is useless for displaying oversized files, larger that 2560px on the largest edge.
This could easily be remedied by allowing a path to the file to be entered, so “-scaled” can be left off the URL.

Hello I have an issue with the responsive mode. It adds a scrolling at the bottom and on the side. Sometimes it shows and most of the time I need to scroll left and up to find it. I’ve added a code that supposed to stop scrolling but in mobile it doesn’t help. Need you urgant help. Thank you, Yair

Got a new project on the way and the usage would. be for an outdoor art gallery. Showing a map with spots where each artwork is. Numbering them from 1 and up. Would like to have a custom character, for example the number 1 in the pin and not the “i” icon. Is this possible?
Possibility to use this with Polylang for markers and images would be a plus
