I delete a large file or folder in the trash, the message shows “Emptying trash…” for a few minutes then an error that can’t delete the file. Files that are a few hundred mb in size can still be deleted normally.

Hi, I was not able to upload photos which are larger than 4MB all photos which are less than 4MB are easily being uploaded. I tried to do some settings on the admin panel especially on the Chunk size and Maximum file size, but it was not working. Please help me, how can we upload large files on Bedrive?

How can I change the folder of the files uploaded? because, i want to protect the public folder with password, but not block the download links, so, any configuration for move the folder of the uploads out of public folder?

Files uploaded via BeDrive are already private by default, you don’t need to do anything extra for this.

If you add some kind of password to uploads folder, BeDrive will not be able to access it either.

Hi, Presales question: Comments in the past mentioned that there we’re problems while uploading very large files into cloud storage. My use case will be to upload files with sometimes 5 to 10 GB into Amazon AWS S3 storage. Of course I will need chunked upload method and of course I simultaneously will need to upload the data directly from browser to S3 storage to keep server performance available while upload. Will this tool offer both features while using Amazon AWS S3 as the storage provider? How large file uploads have you successfully and reliable tested for this use case? BeDrive has support for direct upload to s3. With this option it will upload directly from browser to s3 without touching the server, so there would not be any limits on file size.
Is it possible for the BeDrive to have a folder on a user PC where it will be sync to the BeDrive? Like for google drive, onedrive, dropbox etc. Is this possible for BeDrive? Or this needs a customization?

The system added a /1/ and /2/ to the custom pages (terms of service, privacy policy, about), and they don’t work as they should. I tried resaving the pages from admin area, and it still doesn’t work
