Hi there, Reports are very limited, why can’t we export whole year of attendance? Also why class schedule is not printable or exportable? ans last why there is no students ID? This is a great software but it lacks important and yet simple features.

Hi there, presale questions: 1. is it possible to display attendance as total absent, total present instead of percentage which is not that indicative! 2. Can you customize the attendance choices? 3. Can you prevent a student from accessing the list of the other students? (it’s in My course> Course list> Subject >List student (I don’t see the interest) 4. Can you hide fees payment in student session? 5. Can u hide some sections from teacher session? 6. Can u prevent teacher from creating holidays? 7. Can u edit dashboard of each user role? 8. I saw that there is a Message function in Teacher and Student dashboard, is this email or SMS? How do you create groups? 8. Also can a student/teacher block another user or delete chat or crate a new group? can Admin control that? 9. Is there a possibility to integrate another sms gateway, Twillio is expensive. 10. Can u set up emails templates, and send emails as notifications? 11. How do u take staff attendance? 12. Can you create new roles and assign permissions? 13. I tried using french language but it’s not working? Could you anyways edit transalation? 14. As I don’t require payments, can u deactivate the module or just have cash or cheque payments? Thanks.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The application doesn’t inherently support module activation or deactivation. Nevertheless, you have granular control over every aspect of Schooling through the roles & permission system. You can restrict access to specific features by adjusting permissions.

Hi there, 1. I don’t see in your demo where you can change permissions for each role, theres only a view option, where I can see each user’s permissions. Is it limited on the live demo? I also search in your doc and can’t find any article about permissions. Could you help me. 2. As for notifications, I see only public and private, I don’t see where you can send to only teachers or students or parents, or a specific user. 3. Are u planing on adding staff attendance? Inventory management? Library management? Students behavior? 4. Is it possible to add more information about parent, like profile picture? documents?. One way to make your product much more interesting is to make it not “Translate Ready” but truly multilingual by integrating the main translations. This will make it usable immediately.
Otherwise: can you include bulk translation. Word-for-word translation is extremely tedious.
And please, before thinking about adding new features to your product or make it SaaS, first think about debugging it thoroughly. There are still some very very annoying bugs.

I think calenda schedule system is not sufficient, In many country school are divide into Semester academic / Half year. and get evaluated from there. And divide with class not just course.

Hello, is it possible to disable the parent module and not make it mandetory to enroll students? we want to use this software to manage adult learners.
At the moment, no there is not any option to disable to Parent Module.
