Your app is very promising. I must tell that i like the organization, the uniqueness and feel, though lacking some required features like wallet system, chat, zone/region wise, users able to post their service. with these feature, this app becomes unbeatable.

1. We have taken note of your request regarding the Midtrans payment gateway, and we assure you that it will be included in our future updates.
2. One of our key features is the ability for customers to easily find nearby service providers based on their current location or select a location from Map. The admin has the ability to set a specific radius in kilometers (referenced image). This means that only the service providers within that range will be displayed to the customer.
3. Currently, we do not have the option to add additional services. However, we have plans to implement this feature in future updates.

Hello, Presale questions: i think that your COD % comission method is not the best one ! this is too complicated to manage for superadmin. a seller wallet would be more adapted, more easy for both. superadmin take his ù commission on the seller wallet. Seller must have some minimum funds on his wallet to be able to accept COD payment. i like your product but this method make me hesitate to buy !!! Thanks

With our current approach, we have implemented a commission collection system where the superadmin collects the commission from sellers for COD orders, ensuring a transparent transaction process. For prepaid orders, the superadmin deducts their commission and credits the remaining amount to the seller. This method ensures clear financial records and simplifies commission management. Additionally, we are planning to add a Subscription module in upcoming update for providers to further streamline the system.

Admin and providers have the flexibility to collaborate and choose a specific time duration for consolidating all bookings into a single transaction, which helps in reducing bank fees. This decision is mutually agreed upon based on their preferences and requirements.
Regarding the option to enable or disable nearby services in eDemand, the platform currently does not provide a built-in feature for this functionality. However, if you would like to implement such a feature, customisation in the code will be necessary.

1. The payment request sent by the provider will be visible to the admin under the Provider menu in the Payment Request section. The request will include the account details, requested amount, and provider details. The admin can settle the amount from the payment request.
2. Currently, there is no automatic money transfer feature available. However, we value your suggestion and will conduct further research to explore the possibility of adding this option in future updates.

Let me explain the flow to provide you with a clearer understanding:
1. Providers will register by verifying their mobile numbers and providing their business and personal details, along with the required documents.
2. The admin will receive a notification for new provider registrations. When approving a provider, the admin will need to specify the commission percentage that the provider is required to give on each order they complete.
3. Once the commission percentage is assigned by the admin, they can settle through the settlement tab under the provider section in admin panel.
Regarding your question about recharging the commission, there is no need for it. If I have misunderstood your query, please provide further clarification, and feel free to reach out to me on Skype for any additional questions or concerns.
