billing feature available in regular license?
Yes you will get that feature in any license, but if you want use billing feature you need to use extended license
obviously want to use billing feature but you are charing $100 for extended license which is useless just for the billing feature. I was interested to purchase this code but now I am planning to purchase from other authors.
You will get billing feature if you purchase regular license or extended license, file you will get is same
but the envato license rule is regular license for totally free app, you can follow it or break it

I would like to know if you offer custom features in the app I only need 2 small features. 1, Add a download process page! (Where users can see the progress bar of the file they are downloading and download multiple files/images and their download percentage) 2, Add the option to add custom download links for the wallpaper (when users click on the download button for a specific wallpaper I can add a custom download link for a higher image quality to be downloaded plus a zip file)

if you use remote config you can set is as true, your ad networks is meta and iron source, at app/build.gradle change ads library to
3.0.1-custom, in this version contains AdMob, Meta Audience Network, IronSource
in AppConfig.java you also can see variable named ad_networks its contains order of ads will be show, if its contains value AdNetworkType.ADMOB, AdNetworkType.FAN, AdNetworkType.IRONSOURCE, admob will shown first, you can remove it to be like AdNetworkType.FAN, AdNetworkType.IRONSOURCE, so it will shown fan and iron only
it will load fan first, if fan fail it will load iron

Hi. 1. if you change package you must generate new file google-services.json with your new package name
2. For image you can change image quality from blogger, change image size at post content to original or x-large
