I have an issues whereby whenever order placed, now i focusing on pickup orders, the receipt will not auto print in sunmi v2, and no auto accept option and no sound out from the terminal device. can you assist me on this please..
i need to have feature of auto print order receipt, auto accept orders because the volume of orders is high from restaurant.. how to check sound notification also because i check in device setting too, but still no sound notification..
can you check the print logs in backoffice? if there is any attempt printing and if there is what is the status process or failed

Hello Basti, I saw that you updated the system, I looked at the list of updates and did not find: 1 – The old search by location, 2 = Order notification sounds until the order is accepted by the merchant, same as kmrs old version, 3 = payment by card on delivery, so that the delivery person knows that he has to take the machine with him on delivery and has the option of registering the card brands, eg: (Visa, Master, etc.) had taken note, and lastly, 4 = will push notifications already work on the single restaurant app using pwa? Please help me with everything I mentioned to be able to start my project in production, regards!

OOps something went wrong! Your seeing this message cause this page is oudated, to make an update please login to backoffice and go to utilities and then click fixed database

you can technically but it will be hard to match all the data specially when it comes to the food items
I don’t care so much about the sales history but need the login details to be exact. I see I can add the client manually but what password do I use, or will the client be notified when I create their profile with their login details? Haven’t tested it yet.
how about the merchant information and each food item?
for the customer user its easy but for merchant food items it will not

When we extract the updates.zip do we need to place it in main directory public_html? it prompts to replace original files, is it correct?
and do we need to download new updates.zip from download section?
yes it will replace your files
if you did customize your files you will have to update it manually one by one by checking the files by using winmerge

I have been waiting so long for you to release RTL already and unfortunately you are not doing it despite your promises, you promised three months ago that you would release the RTL version in the next update, now 2 updates have passed and you still haven’t done it. Very disappointing
