You can set the number of spins per email to 2 times, and the delay between each time is 1 second. Users must reload the page to take the 2nd spinning chance.
You can take a message in the wheel description to let users know about this rule to use the 2nd spinning.

1. It is not possible to run a WordPress site without a theme, and when your site environment is facilitated, the plugin will run.
2. You can display only the phone number field, but remember that Email info is used for defining the number of user spinning, if the email field is disabled, the system will not be able to save the spinning data even the phone number data.
3. Consequences of #2, there is no data saved, so the import and export function is not feasible. But if the email field is enabled, this is possible.
4. We do not have the backend demo, you can visit our frontend demo and the documentation.

As far as I understand, you want it to feed the custom prize each time a user win, is that correct? In that case:
1. This plugin can work on WordrPress site without WooCommerce, it does not generate real prize, it only shows the label. Therefore it’s unable to feed the code. Our another plugin has this function and it works with WooCommerce: https://1.envato.market/qXBNY

I have a unique voucher code/barcode for the prizes. (my POS system, not woocommerce) so can your plugin does unique prizes? if one user wins, it won’t show the same barcode again?

For limiting users, we can make the wheel visible for logged in users only. Which means if the user registered and logged in, the wheel will be visible for them to spin. If the user is not logged in, the wheel will be hidden. This can be done using the Conditional Tags.
Regarding the coupon, WP Lucky Wheel does not create real valid coupon, since coupon is function of WooCommerce users particularly. So WP Lucky Wheel is for showing the result with reward or non-lucky notice after spinning only.

I supposed you want the users to put their username, not the “First name” or “Last name” in their profile? And the system will automatically take their email address?
If that’s the case, only logged in users can spin the wheel, and we actually have to build another system, you can’t achieve this goal only via shortcode. It’s quite complicated.
