Hello Sorry for opening a new thread, but this is related to logged in as a Vendor > Equipment booking.
1. If a booking is done with an offline payment, how can the vendor update the payment status?
2. There are 2 columns “Total” and “Amount received” why can you receive less then the Total amount?
3. why can a vendor delete a booking? By having this he can manipulate the commissions.

1. vendor cannot update the payment status as the payment is received by Admin
2. Amount received in vendor is the amount without commission
TOtal is the amount with commission
3. It wont affect the commission as the commission is already reached Admin’s bank account

Hello I am watching this script grow and it is amazing. Kudos for all the hard work you are putting into this project. I have a couple of questions related to this Script:
1. A vendor has machines that he rents out from his office and those changes can not be added in the system. What happens if a client books the equipment and its not available? Is there a possibility that the vendor can add his offline work to his profile, under equipment booking?
2. Another interesting scenario is that people prefer paying for rentals of big machinery after they have finished the job and received the money themself. Online payment for big machinery does not work in my region will there be a version just with just booking ?

1. Admin / Vendor can set available quantity of any equipment
If all equipment are booked on a specific date, then the equipment cannot be booked on that date anymore
2. I think only booking will create spam booking

Thank you for the fast answer, I am wondering for point 1). If they book the equipment by themself (offline) and not thru the platform, how can they mark that in the platform so there will not be any booking overlaps?

Customers will need to book it via pplatform
In your case,
Admin may add a offline payment gateway for this, the gateway will be shown in the booking form
The customer needs to book the equipment via the offline gateway
After that, Once admin changes the payment status to ‘completed’ in Admin dashboard’s bookings page, it will be considered as confirmed booking

I will wait till the App support Location based search before purchase. I live in a country where location based search matters a lot.
Vendors should be able to add location of the equipment and before you even view the equipment, you should be able to filter based on location availability and choose.
