Hi I want to buy a license too. When are you going to have the update?

Hi,

We don’t have an estimated date yet. We’re working on it.

Thanks

my purchase key not working

Hi, Please send an email from the support page. Thanks

Hello :)

You have the tabs: General, EMail, Credit card, Bank account, Software license. How quickly could you implement the ability to rename the tabs or add more tabs.

We are active in the service sector and would need, for example, the tab

Server/Workstation/Devices/Cloud etc. tab.

This would have the advantage that we could then assign the category SAN/NAS/VM/Docker etc. under the Server tab, for example.

Need some time.

hi :) any news yet?

Hi,

We’ll definitely look into this. However, we don’t have an estimate date yet. We need more time to work on it.

Thanks

Is it possible to restrict access to the pore manager to certain team groups?

Hi, We don’t have this option right now. Thanks

hello everything is fine? There was an update a long time ago, and I clicked on the panel to update. Recently, doing some checks I realized that I had not updated the version, so I insisted on the update again. But it didn’t work, when I click on update, the system reloads the page and continues in the same version, and the update option remains as if I hadn’t clicked it yet. Would you help me? (already sent via email) thank you. https://i.imgur.com/WveOzfP.png

Hi, Replied on email. Thanks

Few problems I’m facing with my setup.

1. I want to delegate the capability of password management to a specific role but I can’t. 2. Password manager menu not showing up for my employees. ( My employee has custom roles assigned to them )

Hi, Please send a email from the support page. Thanks

How do we add permissions for password management? We would like our sys admin to be only able to assign password to client and users.

Hi, All users and clients can add passwords. Thanks

Hi,

You would have to be able to assign different passwords, eg server, FTP, Wordpress Admin and possibly 10 e-mail addresses and their access data to a customer.

Otherwise, at some point you will completely lose track. Is this feature planned?

regards

We have been waiting for 3 months now and can wait a week at most. Then we need to buy a CRM + password manager.

We also found an alternative (Perfex CRM). They have Team Password Manager already integrated.

However, we would like to wait a maximum of one week for you. Visually we like RISE better.

Hi, Firstly we apologies for the late. And thanks for your patience. Actually we’re working on some plugins and also working on updating all of our existing plugins. That’s why it’s taking time.

Please give us time till 25th June. We’ll update within 25th June. Please keep with us. Thanks.

We’ve updated Password manager. If you want, you can check it out. Thanks.

Hello, Can the plugin generate license or password and store it?

Yes I see. But I mean to generate a license. Not to add it manually

We’ll add it.

Hi, We’ve updated Password Manager. And we added the licence generator. Now you can check it out. Thanks.

Hello, I bought the plugin but when I install it in raise it gives me a license error, any ideas?

Replied on email.

I think its been mentioned but yes this is good but requires some small additional features. Ex: associating a password to a project or client. maybe the capability for custom fields?

Hi, We’re on it. Thanks.

This could be such a great plugin, but it lacks a lot of important features. Like being able to know WHO created the password from the login list, being able to filter passwords created by someone, or assigning passwords to be used only in specific projects (meaning you could have a password manager within each unique project), share login with a specific member within the assigned project. There’s more, but these alone would make it a very amazing program.

Hi, Thanks for your suggestion. We’ll check it out. And we will try to add this features in next release. Thanks

Hi, can you make it so that custom fields can bind to password manager?

There doesn’t appear to be a way currently to create my own fields, for example in the “General” type password I might want to add an entry where one of the fields I want to fill in is an “email address”.

An example of this could be that I want to store a client’s Wordpress user account. Your current fixed fields are:

Name Category URL Username Description Password

But I would like to create my own custom field called “Email” so I can keep a record of the email address associated to the WP username. At the moment I could enter this in the “Description” field but that’s not ideal. Also there are other reasons I would want to create my own custom fields.

Hi, Task added. Thanks.

Ok thanks, do you know when it will be available?

Not sure. But we’ll try as soon as we can. Thanks.

Will you please have the option to hide Email, Credit Card and Bank Accounts? We don’t use these and I don’t want users to add this kind of information.

OK. We’ll add this option. Thanks.

Hi, We’ve updated Password Manager. And we’ve added a setting to set the password tab. Now you can check it out. Thanks.

Hey, is there any chance of getting a feature that allows us to separate internal passwords and client passwords. Perhaps a tab under each client with “passwords” or something like this? Or perhaps some way to add custom tabs in the password manager, where we could set up one “internal Passwords” and one “Client passwords”?

Hi, We’ll add Password tab under each client.

If you didn’t add any client the the password is work like “internal password”. Please send a brief description about your suggestion from our Support page. We’ll look into this. Thanks.

hi,

my other admin, added some records but i dont have an EDIT function even if my account is an ADMIN as well, actually im the “super admin”.

can you please fix this? thanks

Hi, Please send an email from the support page. We’ll check it as soon as we can. Thanks.

Just to clarify what this plugin could do for me, can you confirm that it will let me store passwords and protected information securely on a per-client account basis? Right now, I have to just make notes with my client’s credentials, which I hate doing because it isn’t secure. Will this plugin let me save my client’s credentials securely and have them appear on their account somehow to access easily? Thanks!

Hi, It not just a note. Password manager is highly encrypted. We are using CodeIgniter encryption.

About appear on client account: We’ll add this option on next release. Thanks.

I purchased the script yesterday and found that the purchase code is not working when installed on rise CRM. i sent a email to support over 24 hrs ago i have not recd any response till now.

It is fixed thanks
